Game Stop is the GO TO spot for games and accessories, including the hard to find stuff. The employees here are pretty cool and very helpful! Nicholasville doesn't have a lot of options for games, aside from Walmart, so it's really nice to have an actual "GAME STORE." I recommend this hole in the wall location for sure!!!

I go in to this location a few times a year. I specifically wanted to leave this review as I have experienced great customer service from Zarianna (sp?). She’s extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She talked to me yesterday with a genuine smile and gave me info on products that I will definitely be buying in the future. She really seems to love her job and it shows. Thought I’d give her a shout out cause employees like this are hard to find.

This place is great. I have an 8 year old and the staff took their time to show me how to download a free game for him. They made nothing off the time they spent doing that except for a repeat customer. Any time I take him in there they are patient with us and explain both the gamer aspect and parent aspect. Thank you!

The manager here, Paige is really an asset to this company and this town. I came in today, with my 8 year old son. We were on a mission to find an "8 year old" version of GTA. (I know, it doesn't exist...) Something with fast cars, and lots of action, but that didn't have a "mature" content rating, and that didn't have killing people or blood in it. She walked us through a large amount of games that met that criteria until we found one that we agreed on. She was so patient with my son and helped him pick a game that was age appropriate, but action packed enough for him. She has a vast knowledge of her inventory. She also knows many of her customers by name. She overall is just great at her job. We come here a fair amount, and I will continue to come back. Thanks, Paige for the exceptional customer care!!

Nicholasville gamestop is the best. We buy all my stuff there. Mathais is great. We have an autistic daughter who loves to visit because of him. Staff is knowledgeable and and always eager to help.

Clerk helped my daughter pick a game. Also answered questions about gift cards and ordered an item to be sent to my home. Very helpful.
