I believe her name was Jenna, her professionalism and courtesy with a high number of customers was EXCEPTIONAL! I was greatly impressed with how she was able to help everyone so professionally and keep everything running smoothly.

The ease of returning made possible by Amazon and using drop spots such as our UPS. With our busy schedule this system makes shopping and returns so convenient and simple.

I use this place regularly. The lines are short and the staff is knowledgeable, fast and friendly. My packages are delivered on time.

Team Member “Jessica” has always been patient & kind. She has helped me accomplish my mission.

Follow up visit:
I walk in all a mess as usual needing to take the labels on my envelopes and seal them.. a lady named Katie was just like, “I’ve got this ma’am. I’ll take care of it.” I’m like, “ Are you sure ?” She says, “ Yes ma’am! Have a nice day!” And I say, “ I know somebody that’s getting a good Google review!”

Initial visit:
So the other day I needed to mail 2 packages and forgot the shipping labels at home. The gentleman that waited on me, informed me I could email them to the store and they would print them out… for a $2.50 fee for each.. yeah.. no!! Not his fault tho his Customer service was still better then average !!

I dropped off 2 Amazon returns here, and Amazon (says they) only received one of them. I can guess that either it wasn't returned, or wasn't done correctly.

UPDATED 3/14/20: I wanted to make an update on this rating. The mistake was Amazon’s mistake. They did actually receive my item and somehow it was not entered correctly into their system. I have been to this UPS store 2x now, and they are professional and were quick with the service. Thank you.

I have had to go to this store 3 times this week to ship shoes and the girls working there are super awesome! Ill be back im sure of that.

The most needed help I needed that day I found there. The gentleman that was the notary was most helpful and the lady associate was so kind. They were people that broke the stress of the day. They sent my divorce papers! That alone was great! But their great service put the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Thought since there are so many terrible reviews I would leave my positive one. I had an Amazon return I had to send through UPS. With all the terrible reviews of this store I was scared to go, especially with my smalls (5 & 7). I lectured them before hand to prep them in hopes this wouldn't be horrible. Turns out I didn't need to. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. The lady who helped was super nice and sweet to the smalls. As for people complaining about being charged for tape, suck it up, seriously overhead of taping everyone's box would be rediculous. Thank you Nicholasville UPS for being polite and prompt.

They’ve always done a good job for me!

Quite possibly the most efficient and helpful shipping store of any kind I’ve ever been to. I don’t know where these guys got their bad reviews, but every time I’ve gone in there (and it’s been several times now) the customer service representatives have been outstanding.

I know that other reviewers have had negative experiences but I received excellent services. The staff were professional and friendly. I had to ship several packages from KY to NY. They were very helpful and I will definitely use them again.

I was trying to make a return but my phone was on the fritz so I couldn’t get the label up. The fella that helped me was super chill and helpful. Probably one of my best UPS store experiences. ☺

I never write reviews. This feels weird. But I received top notch service at this location. And, when I lost an important receipt, they pulled it up and emailed it to me. Easy.

Went in to print some photos and was in and out in less than 10 minutes thanks to the helpful service I received. The employees seemed to know what they we're doing and knew exactly what I wanted to be done. Highly recommend!!

Returning a package to Amazon quick and easy.

Needed color prints and they were able to help me. In and out in like 5 minutes.
