They will deliver and pickup your old appliance plus help load your appliance if that is what you need. I send my friends their way when they are looking for appliances.

Hamptons has been our go to for all of our properties for years. Their sales staff is professional and knowledgeable. The delivery staff is quick and careful of the merchandise and the owners home and personal belongings. We love the fact that they will remove the old appliance.

My daughter needed a washer when she moved out on her own, Hampton’s appliance was a great place to go for a quality used washer. They they were very knowledgeable and helpful with exactly what she needed and had several to choose from. Great staff great experience. It was a very affordable way for her to get a washer. Delivery and set up. We’re also a breeze . Definitely worth looking into if you’re in the market for appliances.

I use Hampton for all my rental properties there service is awesome quality is great. They save me thousands on my management of rentals. I would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance.

Recently purchased a great looking refrigerator for our office. It looks new, works great, delivery and install was fast and professional, and it was easily less than 50% of the cost of new- if not more. The store is conveniently located right off the Watterson. Check this store out 1st.

Recently purchased a beautiful washer/dryer set! The price point was wonderful for the product, and the customer service was a 10/10!! Will definitely be shopping here again, but hopefully not to soon! LOL

I was in dire need of a washer/dryer and did not feel like spending 1k+ for the lowest new model. I attempted Bargain Appliance downtown the week prior and it is in a rough area, my young daughter and I (super pregnant) were cat called just walking into the store.

I chose to wait for Hampton to reopen after their vacation because it looked safer and SO GLAD I did!! The drive to the location was longer than my purchase experience.

Went right in at 10 and was out in 15min or less. Delivery was also a great experience, fast, professional and 0 damages.

-Extremely safe/welcoming environment and staff
-Gas dryer and matching washer for the price of just 1.
-Everything tested before sold
-$50 next day delivery AND install
-Hampton provided all hoses and other items needed for hookup
-Tested both items after install and made sure to move it far left so I could reach inside the washer (esp with the belly)

Let me also add that I had about 5 loads ready to test these on install day…well my child ended up being super sick which added another several loads. Within the first 24hrs of having these they got the ultimate tests of towels, bedding, gross-ness, clothes, etc and have PASSED. I have washed so much that I am out of detergent and there are 0 issues, they are both working perfectly!

Went without a washer for almost 2 months, did my research and chose to purchase one through Hampton appliance and i could not be happier!!! Professional knowledgeable staff, affordable install and quick professional install! My machine works like new!! Thank you Hampton!

Washer & Dryer were delivered on time and quickly, professionally and politely installed. They're still working great at great savings over new.

They are some of the nicest folks in town. They have great appliances reasonable prices and they deliver and set up for about 60 to 75 dollars and haul away your old stuff 😀 I just bought a like new GE washer and dryer set for 824 bucks. Super excited to use it and they do next day delivery. Go check them out

I was very happy to find Hampton Appliances. A friend, who is an elderly woman, needed a reliable clothes washer at a good price. I was able to find what she needed in a used appliance from Hampton Appliances. The 30 day warranty gives me comfort to know that she can verify the washer works. It works beautifully and looks almost new.

I purchased a washer/dryer set a few weeks ago. Delivery was quick and efficient. They hauled off my old ones and connected the new ones quickly.. . A few days later I noticed the washer was rather loud in the spin cycle. I contacted Dennis and he quickly addressed my concern. A technician came out to look at it and adjusted the leveling of the footage. I have used it several times now with no problem. Thank you all for standing behind your promise on the warranty.

They were super friendly during my shopping experiences. I went once to look before I actually went back to purchase and both times they were sure to socially distance but be close enough they could assist me and answer any questions I had. I purchased around 3:30pm. and had my appliance delivered before 10am the next morning. The delivery guys were super friendly and also very fast. They installed the new appliance and removed the old in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them again

I have used Hampton Appliance 3 times over 8 yrs and have never had any issues with my appliances, actually I have sold all of my appliances for the same price I paid after using them 2 yrs or more. If you need any appliances and are on a budget or looking to upgrade and save money, take cash and get the best deals with a 30 warranty in Kentuckian. Seriously!
