I usually ride the bus everyday it depends on what route you ride , and sometimes the bus is either on time early or late or never shows up . Otherwise the ride was pleasant and I'm very curious about catching it going to either Jeffersonville or Clarksville ind . I'm nervous about getting stuck over there and nor getting back to Louisville KY.

The staff was quick and efficient in renewing our TARC bus card that was expiring with money on it. They took our pictures etc and explained where to go to pay the $5.00 fee and pick up the card.

Tarc is a good bus to take for a city with small streets they do very well. All the drivers have been very nice and helpful I have no complaints they've been good to me and my wife and they helped us out when they can. Their website and their map system could be a little better but that's okay just have to learn to use it right I guess? I thought they handled the Thunder Over Louisville very well considering the amount of morons on the road. The drivers did very well thank you TARC

I take the 31 home from school, and my experience has always been good. Most of the drivers are nice and will get you to your destination on time. Most of the buses are fairly clean, and every now and then a bus will have wifi. I only wish that they had more frequencies, but thats not Tarc's fault.

I've been riding the tarc for about 3 years now, so give or take about 600 total rides. I am a UofL student so I get to ride for free with my student ID. My experience has been exceptional. It's true the buses can be late, usually due to traffic, and so far - once the bus just never came. Also, once the bus broke down and we had to wait for about 45 min, but this was no different than being stuck in traffic. Though I was upset at the time the reliability of the tarc bus system is quite excellent when you think about the stats. For me a ~0.3% failure rate, or in other words a ~99.7% success rate. The drivers are always kind and considerate. I'd have to say, for free transportation (for me) tarc is excellent. Though I could afford a car and all of the associated costs, I've saved thousands of dollars that I can invest and save for retirement instead. So, thank you tarc for giving me a brighter future.

Tarc's facility was easy to find and park. Jackie at the front desk was very helpful. They were not busy so we were quickly waited on. Monique wa able to help with 2 routes the students needed. The students learned a lot and thought tge building was gorgeous. Very professional and friendly staff.

I have always had very courteous drivers... On once did i see the most meanest, rudest, and disrespectful driver who even said its not her job to be a civil servant to help people on her... It was unbelievable!!! However that was only one bad apple... Keep up the good work tarc...

When I call in to get times of the bus Schedules, most of the time I speak to, two very Lovely Ladies. I don't know their name's, except I know, one is black and one is white. I think I heard maybe the name Pam. But what I do know is that, both of them have been there for years and have excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SOMETHING U HARDLY FIND NOW DAYS, and I don't think that's because of their pay check, They are always overly kind.
So Forgive me for not knowing your name's. Thank U so much for ur Service. ....Smilesssssss...😊 New Beginnings.. Tee

Our very friendly and informed driver helped us navigate our way from the airport to our hotel. The bus was clean, and stop locations are abundant.

Great customer service at the Main office.
I lost my job phone and they found it..
I had to drive all the way from Atlanta..
But it was worth it..I am eternally grateful for the Good people at TARC and Louisville KY.

Went to replace a lost rider card and transfer funds. Customer service lady and cashier were both very pleasant and helpful

Never really had a problem with drivers or what ever cause I am a regular rider that knows how to map out Louisville an be where i need to be but the times on these busses sucks sometimes but everyone must understand that it is based on traffic no one understands that that you Tarc i know the only an one thing an that everyone hates is the people that get on the bus an they don't understand the word of take a shower, lol

I love the lady that sits at the desk there and makes your passes for you, she is so sweet and a lot of fun to talk to....she's BEEN working there for a long time....I always love talking to her when I go down there....and the building is so beautiful and well maintained....

That was my first time there enjoyed the policy free ride to and return trip free people were nice and direct and quick restroom were clean and stocked

Tarc went above and beyond today! The bus passes me up cause the driver couldn't see me DUE TO MY OWN FAULT. He stopped the bus and Walked back to me on foot to let me know.

The lady working the desk has a beautiful spirit. She was still nice even after another customer gave her a hard time.

It's a great place to work they are always hiring do not go online and put in application go to the security desk and Union Station at 1000 West Broadway and pick up application from the guards
