Wonderful pediatrician. As a first time mom Dr. Cahill has been so wonderful answering all my questions and getting my son in to be seen very quickly.

Wait is unbearable, time management abysmal. The pediatricians are fine but no matter how far ahead you arrange an appointment, even regular checkups arranged months ahead of time, they will make you wait for an hour or more!

Look ladies, I understand that doctors offices are busy and they have emergency visits, but but when this happens ALL THE TIME, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, perhaps you need to look into your appointment scheduling and not promise people an appointment when you can NEVER keep it? This is just insulting and tells me that you don't give a damn about your clients time and you think their time is worthless!

DO NOT MAKE US WAIT!!! How would you feel if we made you wait for your payment or showed up always late?
You are busy? - Allow more time each appointment!
You are understaffed? - Allow more time each appointment or hire more staff!
Your clients frequently late? - Allow more time each appointment and charge THEM for extra time!
You tried all of the above? - Fire your office manager and hire someone who can manage your time better.

Fed up customer.

My Daughter liked Pediatric Partners of Kentucky until they stated when she called she could not make an appointment until the day of the appointment time. My Daughter works and goes to school so it is very difficult for her to call and get an appointment the day of the appointment as by the time she calls to get an appointment there probably will not be a time available that she could make. They said their computer system was not set up to make an appointment for the next day, which is extremely un-accomudating. Well appointments can be made for future dates. Office staff did not seem to want to assist in any way. It appears as though the Office Staff are unable to think for themselves to figure out how to keep a patient happy. Very Unfortunate They need to realize there can be exceptions to a rule.

ALWAYS ALWAYS late. The one time I finally mentioned the HOUR wait time to the doctor, we were told we could feel free to leave..... I feel like that isn't the way to treat people who PAY to come see you. My kid is sick.... the last thing I want to do is have the poor child in a room with no windows, no where to be comfortable, for an HOUR or more. They have never been on time or apologetic about it. Nurses have attitudes. The girls who check you in are about the nicest you're gonna get.
