Kroger

Went to a register tonight instead of self checkout and was helped by Keisha and Lateisha, I think register 14? BEST customer service I have had in a long time! Thank these ladies for their smiling faces and awesome personalities! Good customer service is hard to find, these two are a wonderful team!

Stopped in this location for a booster shot appointment. The pharmacy did a fantastic job, allowed us to get the shot early and they helped make the appointment quick and painless. If you're looking for a spot to get your vaccine, I'd definitely recommend this location.

I was able to do ally needed shopping while I was here. It's nice to be able to get everything done in one location.. I was only disappointed in the cost of the mop, I'll be purchasing it from Amazon to save the $30. Other then that, you can find everything here at this location and we also received awesome customer service!!

Best cashier ever! Ladaja is friendly is lovely to her customers! She is super awesome and does a wonderful job of making people’s experience at the checkout smooth and not rushed! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Love kroger company stores. We travel and I will go to krogers before other chains. Looks like major floor plan changes were happening and even with being busy and discussing what is going where I was acknowledged and even asked of I needed help by several associates. Absolutely LOVE that they now have 1stphorm bars for sale too!!! And for a good price. 👍

Let's go Krogering for the best of everything. Food prices have skyrocketed eggs? Are chickens laying golden eggs or something, why are the prices skyrocketing so high? Its just not Kroger, but everywhere, going on. Almost can't afford to eat, unless you like peanut butter & jelly. I do ;/but tired of it. I still like Kroger, I just wish food wasn't so expensive. Kroger itself is great not the prices though.

I've been going through that Kroger's for years and they always seem to be friendly workers there the Young Generation is taking over but they seem to be okay

Always a great place to shop for essential foods, well stocked each and every time, I've never seen the shelves low on any kind of items or stock... it's well maintained and extremely clean and the workers are helpful and pleasant except BIG momma the heavy breather, she apparently has not 1 clue on how to smile, laugh or be polite to any customers at all not even her own friends and family, LoL out LOOOUUDD!

Everyone has to know, that this pandemic has been so hard on so many people. It Is a huge relief to know that the staff of the Latonia Kroger is so kind. Leticia, and another wonderful person taking the carts in, both wished me to “have a wonderful night”, And that just made my day! Leticia was very kind and clear in the self check out Lane making sure that I got through quickly and even took my basket when I didn’t need any longer. I really hope that both of these individuals are seen and rewarded for their kindness and intentionality.

Wonderful staff, new layout makes things easier to find and we now have Starbucks

We go to this pharmacy at least once per month and they are always very professional and easy to work with. They have had to communicate with our insurance a couple of times, while filling prescriptions. Each time they explained the situation to us, and gave an accurate estimate of when the order should be ready. The have the feature of giving you an automated call when your prescription has been completed.

This is such a nice Kroger, very clean & generally well-stocked. Excellent selection & beautiful produce. As with any supermarket though, I wish the shelves were restocked more often during the holidays and during times when sale items tend to move quickly.

I especially like this particular location of Krogers because they seem to carry a good number of grocery items that my Mom and Dad used to cook so many years ago when I was a boy. Some examples would be be beef neck bones and potatoes souse lunch meat and even pickled pigs feet. These are old school food items that are now hard to get at many locations but they do still carry these items and many others from a by gone Era! They staff is both friendly and helpful! As Always, Enjoy!

Kroger's was nice, clean, lots of products on shelves, lots of staff.

Great place, very clean, well marked items. Very nice employees, quick through ckeckout. I spent 43$ and saved 8$, so I just spent 35$, that's a savings of right at 20%. I will not buy groceries any where else.

Tracey is an amazing lady and a wonderful employee. She is always so sweet, polite and helpful. Everyone has to grocery shop but she makes it a pleasure instead of a chore.
