Walmart Supercenter

This is a pretty nice Walmart as far as Walmarts go. I had a good time looking around for stuff while we were waiting to eat at Texas Roadhouse. I would recommend doing the hour wait for dinner and then walking around this Walmart. I would not recommend doing what my wife did.

I love this Walmart!!! I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Walmart closest to me is decent but this one I prefer to go to. It's worth the extra drive time. Especially this past Christmas this location saved me when it came to buying gifts for my 2 year old. They had way more variety and remained stocked on almost everything that I noticed. We will definitely continue our business at this location.

Customer service for a return of a game I purchased on Walmart plus was awesome. The woman who waited on me was super nice and personable. The purchase was thru a 3rd person vendor and I was 😊 🙏 walmart made the return easy as the vendor was "shady." Not walmarts fault but walmart made it easy to get my money back. Made my Christmas shopping experience ☺ 🤗!

I wanted to thank Mgr. Jennifer from ft. Wright kentucky walmart for being extremely patient and understanding, she helped me because I was having trouble getting my gift cards to work and she was so helpful and so nice, she went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for her, walmart you got a good employee on your hands!!

I go to Walmart almost everyday. My only problem with them is I spend thousands of dollars there but if you read their corporate policy they would refuse to donate anything to Church I Pastor. What a shame! This policy is also in effect for Same club as well

Great place! I always get what I need here for the most part. Friendly staff, and lots of them.

I don't ever leave reviews but there is one specific Employee I wanted to point out after my visit, his name is devonte, He is very personable and kind hearted. I brought my 2 little boys with me both under the age of two Grocery shopping and when I was checking out, He noticed that I was struggling because they both started crying, He immediately left his register to help me So we could get it done and get out. It was very Embarrassing, but he Reassured me everything was ok and I was being a good mom. This man 100 percent deserves a raise! A little kindness goes a long way and I appreciate him for that!

I go to Em Lash to get my brows threaded. Such a plesant experience every time! My eye brows look great! I come here regularly and the only place I let touch my brows lol.

Walmart has it all and there's lots of helpful people there. The customers need to be nicer maybe to the workers but the workers are all nice and helpful

I absolutely love this store!! Check out the amazing M&M halloween displays! Cassie the co-manager, Ted the Assistant Manager, Antwain the Assistant Manager, Dan the Department Manager, Scott the other Co- Manager are all amazing! Their best employee has got to be Aaron I believe the Cap 2 Supervisor. He is brilliant and absolutely the kindest person around and quite possibly the tallest!

Just started shopping there. Very convenient has everything.

Nothing different from other Walmart superstores. The staff at the food vendor was nice

I enjoy spending time yesterday to bring all school supplies for my daughter.
She was excited about that.
The center was very big you find almost everything you could need.

I met some friends there they also want supplies for their kids.
Highly recommend this place for you .

Love to shop at Walmart. But the one in Ft. Wright Kentucky employees are very disrespectfule. I have gone in there now for the last 3 weeks to get cat litter of the fresh step Chrysals and they never have it. I was told to call to see if they have any. I did they said they had some. When I got there they didn't have any. Then there was employees walking around with headphones on not helping customers out. Then I went down other ilsels and there was food open and on ground. Store manager seems like she really doesn't care if employees are doing this and unclean ilsels. This to me looks unprofessional and unclean.

Had SIMPLE OIL CHANGE and they screwed up the THREADS on my pan..
Something told me to wait and go to Firestone (which is who ALWAYS worked on my vehicle)
THIS is what they LEFT ME WITH - EVAC written in some sort of SEALER and a SEALED PLUG (not very well either)
NOT ACCEPTING!
Returning in the MORNING!
I went back, this time MANAGER was VERY NICE and explained EVERYTHING and NO Problem.. they have Coverage for things like this..
I said I have an oversized plug (Auto-zone after I left), try it, they said everything is good..
I sure feel better KNOWING my plug will not blow out or leak going down the road..
I'm upgrading to 5 star

Received the best service from Amber Miller at the vision center. She fixed our broken glasses right on the spot

Always love Walmart, got what I need, prices are good and lines are short.
