The first time I used them was very pleased with the service, the delivery/driver was really cool guy,I am waiting for a second shipment hopefully all goes well

Not a legitimate company. They were running two days late picking up my car so I tried to cancel per their contracted cancellation policy and they refused to cancel. I disputed the transaction in an effort to stop them from picking it up. They picked it up anyway, essentially stealing it, before I could get a hold of the person who was releasing it to them. They then demanded cash to give it back to me. They are basically common thieves.

Here it is the 21st and my package was suppost to be delivered on the 14th. It reached louisville on the 16th and been sitting since, finally got ahold of customer service and they said it has to go to another place closer before its scheduled to be delivered. They have no other place closer unless they are sending it to another company to deliver it, but their company is only 39 miles away. I would never use this company for any delivery service

Same experience as others, late service, little or no contact from the company to arrange deliveries. No communication within their own company to relay critical customer information and blaming others for their own faults.

I paid a lot of money to have a couch and love seat delivered from North Carolina to Kentucky, the furniture was to be delivered in 4-7 business days. I was given tracking information and it was to be delivered today 5/27/20, the last day for delivery, and they call me at 1:30 in the afternoon to set up delivery tomorrow. I am disabled and my husband had arranged for help this evening with this furniture as it weighs over 500lbs. Upon calling the company they refused to work with me at all, I suppose it’s “normal” for a company to stop working at 1:30 in the afternoon, even when the delivery is literally 25 miles down the road on the interstate. This company does not care at all about customer service, prayerfully, our items will be delivered tomorrow and it’s not damaged, because every review I’ve read says their items were damaged. I will update my review tomorrow, as of now I would never recommend this company for anything at all!
As promised, I am finishing my review today, May 28th. I was promised a delivery time between 10-12, the driver finally showed up at 1:40. The driver was in his 20’s and might have weighed 130lbs, he could t budge the couch or the loveseat on the truck so my husband had to get in the truck and help him, luckily my husband took off work just for the delivery. It took them a while to get the first piece off the truck and the leather couch was ripped in numerous places. Once we got that in the house, it took them a while to get the loveseat off the truck, and you guessed it, it was ripped as well. Pictures were taken and luckily the manufacturer is sending someone out for the damages, but it was solely caused by the freight company, the boxes the items came in were completely damaged and dilapidated. I would never ever in a million years have this company touch anything I paid for again, EVER! If my husband had been hurt today while moving these items for 2 hours they would’ve had a lawsuit in their hands, there’s no way that driver could’ve delivered either item alone.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. So far they have missed 3 delivery deadlines and it has cost me thousands of dollars. When you call you deal with clueless reps that promise to take care of it, but do absolutely nothing. No one follows up. No one calls you back. No notes left on account so when you call back they claim they have no record of anything. If you value your sanity and money, DO NOT EVER SHIP ANYTHING USING ROADRUNNER.

I do not understand this company. One day a shipment is perfectly fine the next it needs to be crated and it can't be sent. All other shipping companies contacted had no issue. Won't recommend if your shipping anything.

My neighbor moved to Las Vegas and he hired Road runner to transport his car. It was supposed to be picked up on the 28th of July. After several phone calls and absolutely the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with, the car is still in my driveway. This company shouldn’t be in existence!!!! Incompetent, unprofessional, and absolutely no care or thought for the customer! It’s the 17th of August and his car is still here. Oh and by the way, he died 4 days ago. Leaving his wife and family to deal with this useless pathetic excuse for a company.

Delivered damaged goods (although you couldn't see it through the box) and took them 60 days to decline the claim - even though they were contacted immediately and pictures were provided. Don't use this company!

If you want the cheapest option and don’t care when you get your items this is your company. Also be sure it’s ok if your items are damaged. 2.3 weeks delivery to Indiana from Dalton, GA!

Can’t even get a answer to where my package is or when I’m going to get it. Supposedly it still on a dock somewhere they don’t know where it is

By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with 2 hours on hold to get hung up on

El servicio de esta empresa es de lo peor, pedimos llevar nuestro vehículo desde Miami hasta Versailles, Kentucky y nos prometieron que lo recogerian el miércoles 14 de Diciembre y lo entregarían a más tardar el sábado 17 de Diciembre; aparte de eso que pagábamos 200 dólares antes de la recogida del vehículo y el saldo restante a la entrega del mismo pero una vez tuvieron el acceso a la cuenta debitaron el total del dinero y le entregaron el vehículo a otra empresa para queo transportara y ahora nos dicen que el vehículo lo entregaran el miercoles 21 de diciembre.
Que falta de seriedad y honestidad para con los clientes como nos engañan
