Outstanding job on installing a new battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee . It is not as easy as it sounds. It's in the car under the passenger's seat. Great job !! And for free when you purchase a battery there. I highly recommend them.

The older gentleman was very nice and made sure my car checked out right.

I come here regularly for my tires, always in and out relatively quick, and the tires are priced fairly and its convenient for where i live.

Walmart auto center has the Best Prices for Name Brand Tires and they don't stick it to you for installation, I purchased 4 Uniroyal Tiger Paw Tires 215/70r/15 made by Michelin, They were friendly and Respectful to me, I highly recommend Walmart auto center 👍🏻🇺🇸

I have used the tire center at the Fort Wright, Ky location 3x recently and they have made significant improvement to their service. Everyone from the auto cashier, scheduler , technicians and auto manager have been first rate. They found a reason for my tire problems that my regular mechanic could not. They were very attentive and even did a small group discussion to try to figure out the situation. Very professional and they test drive the vehicle before and after to make sure everything is correct.
They also have an alert that they use to let the customer know when they begin service on your car and when they finish.
Highly recommend this location and it's team.

Walmart should reward the lady at the register. (I wish I had gotten her name). She works so hard for them. She is the reason I gave the 5 stars, because she tries to give the customer a great experience. There were a lot of people waiting to be checked out, but she kept her cool and waited on one at a time. Great job!

I can tell every single time I come that the staff working in the auto center and working on the cars are doing their absolute best. They have always been amazing and take care of my car in a timely manner and cost efficient as well. I don’t have anything bad to say, and I specifically want to say this last visit has been my best and Alykaa was the best!

I had great service. Yeah it was an automatic two hour wait for an oil change. But at least I had my husband with me in his car. So I just dropped it off. And came back to get it. They even filled my tires up. I personally had great service. And I couldn’t beat the price.

Great deal on tires on black Friday

I used to do all my automotive stuff myself. As the years went by and both I got older and cars got harder to work on I came to Walmarts Service Center. I found that they do so much more than just sell you tires and install them. They offer battery installation and oil changes, I believe brake work and so much more. The also have a pretty fine selection of automotive things inside the store like windshield wipers and auto fluids. Thanks Walmart! As Always, Enjoy!

These reviews are retarded. If you need a good tire bit want to spend more than twenty bucks in a back alley then Walmart is your place. Warranty is twenty bucks. Tire price is reasonable. They are super nice as long as you understand that the universe doesnt revolve around you. People look for confrontation. Last time waited a couple hours which is okay. Guy in line starts goimg crazy because he hasnt been checked oit yet. Yeah checked out. He wasnt even buying a tire he was trying to skip the lines in tje checkout area. So if that's your fat ass then you will complain about anything. If need a goddamn tire for a decent price walmart is awesome. At least the Florence one is. They seem to really care about tires lol
