I don't know if this is for Louisville that I got this morning or for Mauston Wi that I Delivered to this afternoon. But, both places are friendly and helpful. Load ready on time and back right into a dock at the other end.

FedEx in Texarkana. Wow wow Wow!!! You’ll pull in & meet the friendliest security guard I’ve ever met in my life. You’ll sign in & get instructions to pull up to the dispatch ramp. Someone will come out & give you a signed paper to say you dropped your load & give them the bills. Then … THEY CUT YOUR SEAL, OPEN YOUR DOORS & GIVE YOU A DOCK DOOR!!! We spent a grand total of 10 minutes here & that included finding our empty, hooking & pretripping the empty. I’ll come back here every single time!!!

PS my GPS took me to a different location about a mile before the FedEx. It’s clearly FedEx & brightly lit. If you’re wondering if you’re at the right place keep going you’re not.

I ordered a pallet of fireworks, packages looked great, arrived 20 minutes early than the original time frame which was great, fed ex driver was super nice and professional. He wheeled my pallet close to my porch to help me out. Thank you Fed EX!
