Fantastic! Walked right in and was helped by 2 very nice associates immediately. Answered all of our questions and was super nice as we got our Verizon router for the first time. Great experience, thank you!

Took my elderly mother to make changes on her phone...Frankie seated her immediately and politely and clearly explained everything for her...made the changes quickly and with great patience...it was the best experience....thanks so much..would highly recommend!

Brittany and her team has been amazing. Bought a phone and had some issues with the s23 because of an app that my wife has to have. Came in the next day to trade it out for s22 Brittany exchanged everything and took care of the restocking fee. Highly recommend this store if you’re a Verizon customer or looking to switch to Verizon. Been with Verizon for many years and couldn’t be happier with this experience.

The young lady who helped me could not have been any nicer. She did help me with my problem but even if she couldn't have helped me I would still give her 5 stars because she was so pleasant.

Had a very specific issue and problem and when it came time to upgrade both mine and my wife's phone. Kyle helped us amazingly. His patience, professionalism, and workplace knowledge made our experience one we will never forget. Ive been with Verizon 10 years and hands down he was the best person to ever help and assist me. I came to Verizon today cause my phone was acting weird has been for a while and I can't stand it no more. The rep did a wonderful job and let me know that my phone was a disaster so we bought a new one. He was helpful in seting it all up and showing how it works and everything and I'm very satisfied customer.

Quick friendly service. We were able to get in and get what we want in a matter of minutes. The most time was spent on us trying to make a decision. Be sure to inquire about the latest specials to help save on money and get added discounts when you make a purchase.

Can I just take a moment of your time to call out the phenomenal service I received today from Brett and Clemen; 6 stars and a hand shake. After having difficulty with my service and fighting with customer service to resolve the issue, they were able to fix the problem in 2 minutes. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for their help. If I can get great service like this all the time I’m gonna be a Verizon customer for life.

Gabriel (the store general manager) was GREAT — helpful, knowledgeable, good people skills — literally, the best help I’ve ever had at a phone store (including AT&T and several Spectrum local stores) — give him a raise, he’s worth every cent.

I buy all my phones from here everybody I get help from always seem to be very knowledgeable.

Kyle was incredibly helpful and kind. Very funny. Great sense of humor and a lot of patience to help get old issues resolved and get the best options for adding another line. Any questions or concerns I have going forward I will only talk to Kyle.

No waiting, I was greeted at the door while the store was busy which is highly unusual! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, not overly pushy to sell you the extras unless you asked for them. This will be my go to phone store!

I've been a Verizon customer for a number of years now, and they are by far my favorite service provider! (I previously was with AT&T and then Sprint, and while neither of them were awful, they both were lacking in certain aspects.) I desperately needed to upgrade my phone, and the customer service at this location was excellent. Granted, I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but I was in and out quickly and was treated very well.
