United Auto Used Car Sales & Service

I know we all have a trust issue with car dealers, attorneys and mechanics are they rarely be honest with you. I personally have plenty bad experiences with car dealers. When I looked up the Google review of this dealer, I got very nervous. I told myself I will skip this place. But, after almost a month looking around other dealers, I got disappointed. Cars either overrated or very expensive. So, I decided to give this place a shot.
Here is my experience in this place very shortly.
Shortly after I got there, the sale person who he is a young gentleman, gave me a good overview about their inventory.
He asked me how much I am ready to spend. So, he gave me 5 options they had. I picked this Prius 2011. This the only time a dealer tells me what I should expect from a used car. I loved their honesty.
He explained financing process in details. They did the expection and washed the car.
I got my car.
I am very happy with my deal which is almost 1k less than what other places asked.

My daughter recently bought a car it had some alignment issues the owner actually deducted 1000$ from price so she could repair. When she took it to her mechanic he said it is a really good car she got alignment fixed and her mechanic could not believe that the seller actually paid for the repairs by taking money off price for the repairs. Not many would do that he didnt try to deny vehicle had problem. Like some do. He instead offered to take off money to fix. I will definitely see him when i get another vehicle

We live in Dallas and saw this Car 2006 Honda accord in Louisville. I spoke with the owner who was very nice and pleasant .He tested the car and gave me very good feed back on the performance . The owner came to pick me up when i arrived in Louisville. I drove the car back to Dallas Texas with no issues. This is by far one of the best Used cars dealerships i have ever dealt with and which has alot of honest and integrity

I purchased a 2001 PT Cruiser from them last August. I haven't had any problems with the vehicle except for buying a battery. The owner is very nice. Chata will let you set up an easy payjment plan without a credit check. I have a job good and that was good enough for him. I was in and out of there with my car in no time at all. I highly recommend this dealership.
