The woman at the counter tonite was so very helpful. Since the store wasn't busy she took time to explain details about several products to me to help guide me to the right choice for my needs. I was kind of lost and she gave me much needed suggestions and direction.

Yolanda was the biggest help today, she also helped me with my needs the last time I came in to the store awhile back .. no question that she is a valuable asset to you at Sally’s. I love it when I walk in somewhere thinking I know what I'm doing, quickly realizing I've underestimated my rookie status and the associate is actually helpful. Idk her name but the redhead working 10/29/22 AM was aces!

Finally found tape to refurbish my tape-ins. No other locations have had these since May of last year. Sales associate friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She even showed me the icon on the back of my debit card showing that it is wireless technology enabled for payment at the POS device with a single tap of the card on the screen to make the purchase. No more inserts or swipes. How convenient!

Martha and her co-worker were so helpful with me today. I am clueless when it comes to beauty sometimes. The ladies at this location were so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out everything I needed. I give them 5 STARS. great customer service.
