Anne was very knowledgeable, personable and she never pushed us to make a purchase. She got to know us, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She talked about the pros and cons of each price of furniture we were looking at. Would recommend her to anyone visiting value City furniture.

Celeste was amazing to work with. I spoke with her on the phone, told her what I was looking for. When I arrived that evening she had 3 choices for me to view. She answered all my questions WITHOUT pressure. She made the process so smooth, I purchased my items that evening. Not only did she give me amazing customer service, she is a very sweet person. We enjoyed some laughs.

Laurence helped us buy a mattress. He listened to our needs and our budget and helped us find exactly what we wanted. It was an easy process to finish the sale. We had delivery in a few days. The whole process was wonderful and Laurence was so helpful!

Victoria was very helpful in helping me purchase a new mattress and adjustable base. She listened and wasn’t to what I was looking for. I had checked out a couple other stores with the same mattress and adjustable base package which were more expensive. One store I’ve visited would not even give me A written cost of the mattress and base package.

From the time I walked in the store and told salesman I’d like to look around then receive help he went back to his area and in about 10 minutes we ask for help. We just wanted to glance around then ask for help on what caught our eye. Very pleasant experience. Delivered today and they also did a great job. Thumbs up

Mustafah was great! We just came in to look, and he gave us a quick rundown then hung back. Every time we actually liked one he would appear with some features to explain and a reminder of the specials they were running. He wasn’t pushy on any particular piece and got a sale (albeit a smaller one) out of us AND got us into a line of credit which I’m sure we will use again on a mattress at least, and likely more in the future since the furniture all seemed to be decent quality, without being outrageously priced.

We had a wonderful experience here! Laurence was a stellar sales representative and worked very hard to make sure we were happy and found everything we needed. The delivery team was awesome and did a wonderful job as well.

First delivery of several pieces of furniture were flawed and/or damaged. Customer service to replace or refund was excellent. Second set of furniture was in great condition, as expected.

Charles was amazing from the beginning. He treated me with respect and I felt comfortable during the entire experience. He was able to help me choose exactly what I needed. I wish I could get service as exceptional everywhere I went. It is truly appreciated and I will be returning because of him.

Laurence was excellent sales person. He had to straighten out the incorrect information that the sales man did from the st charles rock road store had done.
That store had my delivery scheduled for December when it was suppose to be delivered October 25, 2023 ! Thank goodness laurence caught their mistake and straightened it up!
Please if possible acknowledge him for catching the other store mistake .

So I went to Value City with my daughter who was looking for a couch. She found a beautiful couch in clearance. When it was delivered to her home, one of the legs was broken and they sent some one the following week to fix it, and now it is all good. The staff at the store are friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy and aggressive like some places.( This review was written some time ago.) I went back yesterday, and a very kind lady named ANN, helped me. She was amazing! Kind friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a power Loveseat, she showed me all my options, she was very patient as my fiance and I tried them all out. She made this purchase very easy! When you go there, please ask for ANN! Tell her MJ sent you! You won't be sorry!

Was able to look online and get an idea of what I wanted. Then I drove to the store to check the product out and purchased it.
The Sales Rep was very helpful.
I picked up myself when items arrived at store and the guys on the loading dock were very careful with my items while loading.
Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely shop here again for future furniture needs.

I loved my experience with Lawrence! He spent a countless amount of time making sure I picked the perfect couch for my home since I’m having a surgery very soon.
