Oh wow this place was amazing!! the customer service was top tier. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The services they provide are done with such great quality I could rant on so much about my experience here

I had the pleasure of Deb working with me. She was absolutely amazing. Gave me advice when I wasn't sure what I need or would look better. I felt like I have know her for years..great experience

My first visit was fabulous. My hairdresser was Katie Jones. She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy.
Wanted a super short pixie without using the clippers and she followed thru with the best cut I’ve had in years!
I WILL be returning for sure!!!

It was a first time Facial for me at 360 and it was a very relaxing and not rushed atmosphere, the price was also very reasonable I would recommend to others.

I live in Mt Washington, KY but my Mom and I drive into Louisville once a month to see Amanda Lambert & Amanda Cissell who have been doing our hair for 25 years.
I moved from Louisville to Mt Washington six years ago & tried a Salon not far from where I live thinking I'd save on gas ... and blah, blah, I wasn't thinking clearly because I went running right back to these amazing ladies.
And they aren't the only amazing ladies in this Salon!! There's so much talent. Give them a call if you're looking for something fresh. All of the girls are so talented!!

My husband gifted me a day at the spa package for Valentine's day. I was excited but very nervous since this was something I never experienced before. The staff was absolutely amazing. Leanne was terrific and made me feel at ease. Mel was phenomenal with my facial and so enjoyable to talk with. Arleen gave me the best manicure/pedicure I ever had. I will definitely be back. If you ever wanted to experience a first class spa day then 360 salon is the place to go

Kati is awesome... Handled my concerns, very well and she accomplished what I set out to do. Quarantine delays were hard for some and she was a champ. I'm confident in her abilities with color and she has a pleasant fun personality. I've been a customer for massages as well... Have always been satisfied.. even during a misunderstanding, things were handled great.....

Such an awesome place, really nice and clean. Really nice people. Oh and my friend Liz absolutely kills it every time I go there. She does an amazing job at cutting and braiding my hair. Thanks Liz✌🏽🙂

Debbie cut and styled my hair. She did a fabulous job! I will go back to her. The salon is very nice.

My husband and I had a couples massage. Great set in the sauna before and after. Both girls were awesome.

My first visit with Sharon and she was very nice and personable. Most of all, she listens to what you want and goes slow in order to make it happen. Super nice and experienced in her field. I would definately recommend.

Katie did my eyebrows today... And also got them tinted for the first time. I was very pleased with the job that she did, would recommend her to everyone! She's amazing 😊

Marissa is fantastic and I will be going to her on a regular basis now.

I’m way late in writing this review, but Dee styled hair for my wedding last year, and she was nothing short of amazing. I planned my wedding from Seattle and wasn’t in town until about a week before the big day. I was nervous waiting so long before knowing how I wanted to do my hair, but I was put at ease when we did a trial run. I had brought a picture of something I thought I’d like and she made it look perfect. She was super receptive to my nitpicky requests and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. I showed her pictures of what my bridesmaids wanted done and everything went flawlessly the morning of! She even came to the venue so we could be onsite all day, which was something I really appreciated.
I’ve also been to 360 several times to have Debbie cut my hair and am never disappointed. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend 360!

I haven't had a haircut in a year so I was being very picky about where I went. I'm so glad I came here! Bailey cut me hair, she is very nice and personable. My hair feels and looks so good! Highly recommend!

This salon is doing a great job ! I had a first appointment not that long ago with Melissa Newton . She did an amazing job at my hair cut and style ! The salon is doing a great job at covid protocols as well !

1st time there for any services. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas but I used it for my birthday pampering. Massage by Taylor was so relaxing and the jet spa was the cherry on top. I will be back!!

Amanda has been my hairdresser for years now and I am so grateful for her. I get so many compliments on my hair. She's amazing in every way!
