Kia Parts Center

My car got broke into and between kia and my insurance they took pictures of the damage with out me having to come from out of town to do it and we'll I'm still waiting on parts to come in but thanks kia for being so helpful

Came to Kia today to check out some SUV type and a sales guy by the name of SaintLouiis was great he even went to the store and bought me a dr pepper.I picked the one oi wantd and his manger George helped us out all so to get in it today.They were both vety helpful.Saintlouiis was a breath of fresh air tp deal with.This will be my 2nd kia i have bought from this store so if you ate thinking about buying a new car go to kia on Preston hwy and adk for Saintlouiisi hope i spelled his name correctly.

Customer service at its worst I buy parts all the time from these people. No one know anything g about parts and every last one of them claim to experts. Yet they use the computer to try and find parts. I come in with a part number for ... like common sense say regardless if your computer says it or not what does your eyes see..... they honestly deserve no stars!!!!

Bad mechanics , poor quality service, poor customer service. Bad diagnostic, bad quality on oil change.

Costumer service is very terrible. I made an appointment with the understanding about cost an time to do the service. Once I arrived it was double the cost an time of service. Management blamed call center for the discrepancy. My takeaway is if your call center is unreliable and unprofessional then so is the service department. Never again……
