The workers were exttheremely transparent. There was nothing hidden either on purpose of in the form of absent mindedness. They were upfront about costs and what needed to be done. They checked in with me btheyefore any work was done in an effort to make sure they had my consent. They were knowledgeable, reasonable, and quick to make the most of my time and not waste it. The results on the work done was very satisfying. Nothing was left unchecked and they even went above and beyond to apply any available coupons without being prompted. I highly recommend them and encourage those seeking automotive repairs to at the very least set up a consultation before making any final decisions.

The employees went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. They were kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them and I will go them the next time I need those services

A huge thanks to the team at Firestone! I was passing through on my way to Tennessee, and the radiator light came on in my car. The gentleman working the counter quickly came outside to inspect and determined I needed a top up of fluid. It was close to closing time, but that didn’t seem to matter. He was courteous, helpful, and got us back on the road to get home. In a time where most people just don’t care anymore, this gentleman helped us in a big way. Many thanks!

Traveling across the country, the staff made time to get my oil changed with little notice AND provide the free tire rotation because I bought my tires through Firestone. Very clean and professional and they weren't playing annoying news on the TV! For a longer wait, there is a tiny "pocket park" at the nearby Walmart store.

This place is awesome and really do care about there customers and the work that they provide for us. They treat you like family and they will make sure it's correctly done with going over board to make sure your satisfied with there exceptional hardworking they done. Great service. Polite and respectful, knowledgable staff.

I scheduling an appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 4 pm to have a slow leak fixed on my tire. I showed up to my appointment time to be told they couldn't do it and wanted me to make another appointment for Monday or Tuesday. They had 2 people call in.

Update: I was called by the Manager and she made this wrong into a right. Great job!!

I popped two tires on my truck while driving so I looked up tire shops, and I found many shops near by , but I decided to call Firestone on a whim because im familiar with their roofing products. I was unsure though I didn’t want to be overcharged for tires , but when I spoke with Cheyenne , she sold me on a set of all 4 new tires, for a great price! Then I was informed that my studs and lugs were totally damaged and they would need to be replaced. But robin came up with a solution and informed that they would cover the cost of full replacement. Anyways I have my truck back and it looks awesome now with cool looking tires and the annoying rattle is finally gone while driving and it’s aligned great now. Thank you all so much!

I've had good experiences with Firestone and this location is no different. Normal price on some new tires with reasonable time taken to put them on my car after I made an appointment to get them. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't want or need.

It was a challenging day, for each of us. I was treated well, & with kindness, & patience. I hope to buy tires, there - if I ever have money, again. Yes! Since posting this review, I was able to return, & different people proved this place is awesome - no matter who works, there! Thank you! 😊

I went in to get my car checked out and the lady at the front was very nice. They got me in and out within a timely manner and they explained to me what happened and what they did to fix it. Will definitely be returning to this location!

This place is amazing! I was on a road trip from Illinois to Tennessee and heard a horrible sound like something was wrong with my brakes. I stopped in late on Sunday and Josh helped me right away! It was alot of work to find the parts and get me back to be able to make it to our family reunion! Car was fixed and ready to go Monday by 130pm. I cannot thank them enough! He had alot of other people's cars to work on but still made the time because of how urgent it was for me. I am forever grateful he did that! They are awesome! Friendly! Knowledgeable! And very efficient!! Thank you guys so much!!

Extra shout out to Brad and Cheyenne!! When my son discovered a screw in his tire on a Sunday afternoon...I called Firestone who was surprisingly open. They were short staffed but said to come on in and they would see what they could do... wow!
Turns out the screw was superficial and easily removed. After a quick soapy water test was successful we were on our way! Amazing customer service!! Thanks again for helping us!

I was very satisfied with their honesty and exceptional customer service. They advised me of repairs were needed and what was not needed. I won’t say they are the cheapest but you get what you paid for and the safety of my family is priority! Sean was able to apply one of their discounts to help. Therefore, I recommend them because I know that the job is well done. Which in the long run you end up saving more!
