Im a licensed general contractor in Kentucky. I have done 8 kitchens with Dewey’s thus far and have no complaints. The attention to detail and customer service is unbeatable. Jim has been great help with all of my window needs. I highly recommend these guys!

Staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable about products and services! Jas and Dewey are the best designers in town! They helped design my new kitchen/new 2 bathrooms and they managed the whole process all the way through which made it super easy on my end. I will continue to recommend them. Plus it is nice to shop local. Their prices are better than box stores.

We have been working with Dewey Morris on our kitchen design and remodel since April. Dewey's attention to detail, addressing our needs and issues have been second to none. He made us feel like our project was as important as if he was doing it at his own home. Would highly recommend to anyone doing this type of project.

When our backsplash tile was suddenly discontinued 1/2 way through our project, I found Stephanie Williams. She went above and beyond to assure me that what they had on hand was the exact same tile that was discontinued. She not only matched skew numbers, but sent pictures of the tile, secured a GREAT price, packaged it and made sure it arrived at our home safe and sound. All this well beyond the call of duty, or the normal tile sale. If you need that extra TLC, Stephanie is your go to person! I walked into Builders Surplus for the first time ever today. I had two brand new, but broken kitchen cabinet pulls with me. My wife and I had purchased the hardware from another company whose representative told us that she would not “waste her time” repairing. At Builders Supply I was introduced to Dewey Morris, a kitchen designer. He listened to my challenge, looked over the broken parts I brought with me, and started working on a solution. For at least 30 minutes, Dewey worked on finding me the right replacement parts to fix my kitchen cabinet pulls. Keep in mind, I had never met Dewey, nor had I ever made a single purchase at Builders Surplus. He found a solution, the right cabinet pulls…and charged me all of $55 for his time, expertise, and the parts. Seriously, that is amazing customer service…to someone who wasn’t even a customer! I’ll be going to see Dewey for our next home project materials!
