Belvedere

Took a stroll at the Belvedere this afternoon. I haven’t been there in years the flower beds were nice, the river view was pretty. Very relaxing.

Simple park right on the edge of the Ohio River. Lovely place to visit at night with the city & bridge lights in view.

Great spot to watch Thunder over Louisville.

So fun! You can walk to the river and see Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio each separated by a bridge. There are boat tours and you get amazing views of the city and historical buildings in the city. The most amazing building is the Mohammed Ali building. When you first look at it you see a beautifully designed tile building, however if you look closely you can see the tiles are actually poses from Ali's must famous poses, it's amazing.

It's decent and wish they offered more events but very peaceful. Yes very beautiful scenery.

A nice park in downtown not only for people who live here to visit, for people out of town to go to as well. Nice well kept paths for you to walk, jog, or take your dog for a walk. Plenty of places for you sit and relax. It has beautiful fountains to look at and great view of the OH river. Events are held here from early spring until late fall. If you are here in the downtown visiting Louisville its nice place for you to go to and relax.

Beautiful place for pictures and festivals

Worldfest 2023 is my favorite festive each year. On Labor Day weekend each year, the four day event provides authentic multicultural food, music and culture.

Love the outside courtyard. Late at night on a bike ride to the top. You can see the entire waterfront. And downtown seems a bit magical.

World Fest on the Belvedere! Always a great place. So many vendors and great food. The Belvedere is one of my favorite spots for festivals

We were there for world festival..it's really cool seeing all the different cultures.

Enjoyed a quiet walk with a date. Also enjoyed World Fest. Excellent venue for that event. I could envision a wedding reception there.

It features lovely views of Louisville, lot's of room for picnicing and water features in the summer.

The Belvedere is prime viewing for pre-Kentucky Derby events in late April/early May: Thunder over Louisville, The Chow Wagon, and The Great Steamboat Race.

We officiated a vow renewal here at sunset for a couple from Evansville (Weddings by Wes & Monica). It was wonderful and the view was spectacular.

World fest had a blast

Loving my new neighborhood. Been down here several times. A great place to hang out during the day, and cool events are held here. Night photography here has been challenging with low traffic

The world fest took place here. Food was great. But all the booths were the same. But I did enjoy the day with my sisters. Me and the hubby came back on the last day for the food!
