I had a semi-emergency problem with my eye. I called the office. The office was very understanding and got me in that same day. Dr Justice quickly diagnosed the issue and crafted a treatment plan for me. Excellent care was received.

Had incident with styes in my eyes, which I guess I’m prone to with my heritage. Got in immediately to see the doctor and received treatment! I had two cataract surgeries this summer with Dr Josh Justice. It was an amazing experience and I recommend him highly not only for his surgical skill, but for his genuine care of the whole body system! He was patient with all the questions this reporter put to him, helped walk me through the options that would most benefit me, and the follow up has been extensive and thorough. I trust him and recommend him without reservation!

Amazing technicians, service, and products! I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends if they were in need of an eye care provider! All of the people who work here were very kind, patient, and gentle with me during my visit!

Staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile (very important for me). My waiting time was just about 10 minutes. As usual, Dr. Berberich was very professional in informing me about the status of my eyes and spoke in a very caring way! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was quickly helped back to see the lady who checked my eyes. She was varying and explained everything. The doctor then saw me and very pleasant and helpful. He was patient and answered all my questions.

I’ve been going here since I was a child and it’s always taken a long time to get seen/check in, but the new self check in kiosks help with this a lot. It’s maybe culture shock to have them but they truly do help speed things up. There was also someone hovering around the check in stations seeing if you needed any help!

I only had an annual check up but I was in and out of the building in 48 minutes which is so much better than other times there where the whole experience took upwards of 2.5 hours. Very happy , and love doctor Harmon!

Ky eye care so I went in to see about contacts for the first time. I only recently started to wear glasses for the first time and I am on my 50s. Anyway my experience with my optometrist, Jamael, was amazing. He was super patient and they set aside two hours for you to help you when you first get contacts which is awesome and you have to have a lot of patience to do that for people. He worked with use for your an hour and a half then I go back a week from now to see if I need to slightly change the contact prescription. I’m so excited about having contacts and not having to wear my glasses consistently.

Dr Hurt was very detailed in my exam and was able to answer all of my questions in a manner I could understand.

I was taken back right at my appointment time. Every staff member that I had contact with was very thorough. They explained each step of my upcoming cataract surgery completely. They took their time and answered all of my questions. I am confident with this practice and highly recommend Kentucky Eye Care.

Got me in next day for my concern. I saw Dr. Harmon and she and her assistant are awesome! Dr. Harmon is brilliant and always cheerful and comes in with a smile. Her assistant went above and beyond to help me and searched to find me a sample of an eye med that I wouldn’t be able to get in time for my cataract surgery. Wonderful employees at this office!

After I arrived and signed in, I had only a short wait until I was called for my appointment. The waiting area and eyeglass selection area have been nicely remodeled since my last visit. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty soon my appointment was complete after meeting with my doctor. Nice selection of glasses to choose from, although I chose to keep my glasses from last year since my prescription did not change very much.

I was seen promptly. The staff members are professional, courteous, and friendly. The doctor is thorough and he takes the time to answer any questions or address any concerns I might have. Well done!

Dr Justice is the best ophthalmologist I have ever had. He is thorough and always approachable when I have questions. The other staff are also excellent. I also purchase my glasses here and I receive the same attention to detail and excellent service. 10/5

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Casey Johnson is very through and talks to you about every step and procedure. I was very happy and pleased.

Sunday evening I noticed flashes of light in my left eye. I was concerned but thought maybe I was tired, overworked. I felt slight pressure in that eye and I was hoping it would clear up overnight.
The next morning, it was still there. I was concerned because my mother had lost sight in one eye and I also knew the symptoms were similar to a torn retina.
I called your office and your staff was helpful and ready to assist. They got me in to triage immediately and I saw the doctor quickly.
After a thorough exam, he assured me that my retina was intact, although there were signs the retina was pulling. He told me I could continue on with my trip planned that week and fly, and for that I was grateful.

Dr. Johnson and the staff at Kentucky Eye Care are wonderful! They got me right in for an urgent eye issue, and were patient and listened to my concerns with empathy. I highly recommend this group for any ophthalmology needs!

Kentucky Eyecare staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson is great. He did my cataract surgery 9 yrs ago and it went very well and my vision is great.
