Maria is so awesome. She is always professional and courteous. She always answers my question and figures out my problem in a flash. So nice to my kids. I don't want to deal with no one else but her when I come in the store. Also I will leave and come bk if she is off work that day but that is very seldom because she's always working. The store is better ever since she started working there. She's never done me wrong at all. Ever.

After a day of insanity with At&t which is a whole other story, my girlfriend and I went to Metro PCS in Nicholasville and talked with a sales rep named Angel. She was absolutely fantastic in communicating and assisting me in getting setup with a new phone plan. Very honest and to the point about the process. I thank you for your help and absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy A20. Love the fact that we have unlimited mobile data and 5gb of mobile hotspot sharing. Thank you!
