Most unprofessional group. If you can get past the rude reception staff who act like they're doing you a favor, and if you're lucky to be seen on time by your scheduled doctor without waiting half an hour or more, then you must be very lucky. My experiences here in being seen on time were very little. When you realize that a teaching doctor with students is the staff, and you are more likely to be seen by the student rather than a doctor, you begin to understand just how unprofessional this group is.

Horrible front desk service
They give you the run around and keep sending you to voicemails.
Nobody has answers for anything just a bunch of run arounds. The wait time on the phone is horrible after a while they wont answer the phone. They lose paper work for patients numerous times they lost my kids paper work or gave me the run around. Its been like this for years and gotten worst .Im changing my kids doctors after school starts back. They cant keep no good doctors.
