My uncle spent the last four months he was alive there. The Drs, nurses and staff took great care of him. They not only care about the patients, they care about the family.

This building offers many services. It is convenient and offers valet parking. The cafeteria has great choices .the breast center is very nice .

Clean and friendly staff. It is a long walk though lol but the staff is great and they work hard to get your testing and your appointments and registered in a timely manner

The wait between registration and getting prepped for surgery was lengthy, but understood. The support team was very friendly, and very professional. I felt like I was in good hands. Outpatient surgery went off without a hitch.

Valet guys are awesome. In particular Brian & Mike, only names I got, but all of them were great. From the moment I arrived to take my wife for surgery these guys were courteous & cheerful. A great first impression. During the day went above & beyond in helping with visitors & giving directions, etc. But just the overall attitude shown was warm & reassuring in a otherwise dim time. In fact everyone I encountered at the hospital was great, but these guys especially. If they are underappreciated or taken for granted, management, please give a pat on the back & know these guys make a difference

I came to Dr Elamsris office the beginning of October this year. There was no length wait and he and his nurse, Abby, could not be more curteous , understanding of my condition or more informative. If I could give them a 10, I would. Since my surgery and treatments have begun. I have had many questions and concerns. I have had no issues with calling or getting through someone to hep me.

They are always nice and will take the time to help you. I have a very good doctor there. His staff are very nice. They treat you like a family member. I have had the same Doctor for about 5 years or more and recommend going to Doctor Kean’s office

I had breast reconstruction surgery and was inpatient Nov 14, 2018. I received excellent care from start to finish at the Pavillion and especially want to thank RN James.Heinz for his caring ways and outstanding nursing care!! Keep up the excellent work and thank all you for caring.

Spine care and pain management team are top notch. Dr. Kean and associates have excellent bedside manner and deeply care about their patients.

I owe my life to Dr B. Tanner and the staff who cared for me after my bariatric surgery back on May 22, 2007. I came to them weighing 394 lbs and as of today I weigh 142 lbs. I’ll NEVER forget the AMAZING duo of my nurse Kevin & nurse’s assistant Evan who took excellent care of me during my hospital stay. I wish I could reunite with them all to say THANK YOU !!!!!

First, you can tell that everyone who works in this building loves their jobs. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have been going through treatment for tonsil cancer for 4 months now, & this is the place to come.

I just delivered my twins a couple weeks ago I had to deliver here because we was high risk and it was one of the best deliverys I have experienced out of all my kids they was very kind and caring my surgery was scary but the after care from the nurses was great and they treated my husband well too ❤

Personally welcoming, attentive, recognizes patient as a person & inquiries re: activities, likes, etc. Sensitive to anxious patient & helps them to understand procedures & what to expect. Supportive throughout visit.

My wife had a reconstructive surgery and am very pleased with the staff and doctors. They have been just amazing and words can't say enough.

Great! From registration through to recovery, I was treated extremely well.

Spent several days on the 3rd floor and every single person has been nice and works on what you need in a timely manor. Makes being stuck in the hospital not so bad.

The staff here is fantastic. On time. Friendly service and attitude. Made us feel like they were actually happy to be of service!! WONDERFUL!

Staff efficient and friendly. Lots of services offered. Cafeteria open till 2pm.

Nurses are very caring and makes sure you have what you need
