Been with the credit union for four years! Coming from a bank experience, I will never choose another financial institution to do business with! Exceptional service, family atmosphere at the branches and online support. They truly care about their members!

As a proud Southern Alum I highly recommend using this branch. Such a great opportunity for these young adults to gain hands on experience while offering personal service at the highest level. Hours til 5pm is newest added bonus.

Been a member for a couple years and except for the lack of branches, and maybe partnerships with other institutions so I'm not charged a withdrawal fee when using an ATM, I'm a very happy customer.

I highly recommend visiting this branch. The students are great and so professional!! Added bonus, they are open until 5!

Friendly staff and convenient location.

They are behind in the times and need to join the 21st century. Every other bank can print you a new debit card on the spot if yours is compromised, stolen, or lost. It takes 10 business days here to replace your debit card or they charge you a heinous $50 to overnight it. Becoming more and more disappointed in them.

Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! This has been a nightmare for my family. They are unwilling to talk or discuss anything. My mother-in-law, co signed on a lone for a grandchild on a truck. When he failed to pay, she found out she wasn't on the title but was still responsable but still had to pay but had no way to get the truck. Finally got drug addict sun to turn truck over to her but NOW THEY bounced a check and my mother-in-law is responsible

Worst credit union I've ever been too.
