We had a vehicle challenge within minutes of closing on a Saturday night. The guys at Auto Outlet were able to take a look and were very personable, helpful & gracious to get us back on the road in a timely manner. So very thankful for their service.

Idk what these bad reviews are really about but I have been with them since 2011 (Mike Beam sold me my first car) and not 1 single time have I had an issue with ontime financing, the service department or any other staff member. I have paid off 2 cars and 1 truck. Biggest issue I've ever had with any vehicle was a bad thermostat and my lifter. Cody is the MAN!! I would NEVER let anyone touch my vehicle but him. He's honest..prices are more than fair and he's FAST. The truck I'm driving (Durango) is paid off but should I need any repairs HE DOES IT! As far as the finance dept..I myself have never experienced any issues. Let me just put this out here... If a car is disabled it's because the owner didn't make the payment ONTIME or the insurance was lapsed when it was checked AND THEY CHECK IT REGULARLY. As long as u keep up with your payments and COMMUNICATE if u suspect an issue they most definitely work with you! I will never buy from any other dealership then Auto Outlet of ky that's for sure!

Best car buying experience ever. Mike the Hammerhead was down to earth and did a great job with the last car sale of the year 2013 (End of the year deal). Not only did he sell me a car but he kept me laughing the whole time!! Pretty boy Patrick did great at making you feel at home offering refreshments etc... And Jeremy the main squeeze made the final deal!! Great job guys, I would recommend anyone to you all to buy cars!! The only down fall is they are mostly U of L fans other then that they are awesome!!
