Dr. Kean has changed my life. He has a holistic attitude about life & practices what he recommends to you. He really listens to what I have to say & explains things in detail to make sure I understand. The staff are terrific. I have always been treated with respect & kindness.

Dr. Kean, his associates, and anesthesia team are kind and compassionate. As a nurse myself, I would highly recommend this facility and staff for treatment

I gave been with Dr Keans office since 2018 and never had to many problems but today this New Nurse of his is Rude she gas a forceful bullies tone of speaking. She is good at twisting your words around and then make it your idea when she is the one who said it she also plays with your appointments say one thing and writes something else I'm so disappointed

When I first started several years ago they were great. The other day I had to see the nurse practitioner and she was horrible I am having trouble getting my pain medication refilled for the first time. This is going to force me to go to the er just for some relief. She was rude and did not listen I am going to talk to my Dr about changing The only one in the front who knows what she is doing is Pam and she is wonderful

Dr Vinayakan and the staff upstairs are incredible. They seem to care and listen and I’d give a 5 even though I’ve not had any relief. The actual clinic in suite 185 is a very different story. If I could I’d give a negative 5. One of the receptionists was very kind the other jumped all over me for paperwork I was never given or sent. The nurse lacks anything that even remotely resembles empathy or compassion and god forbid you are upset that you’ve been dealing with the ever increasing pain with no relief in sight. A patient isn’t even allowed to use the restroom. I now have a better understanding as to why people seek help from the streets

Wendy and Dr. Vergis has let me run out of medicine 8x over the past year and a half. The latest incompetence of that office was sending me for an MRI when I can't have an MRI. This dr and office just replaced the battery on my simulator. He should have known that I couldn't have this MRI done. No1 told me about the appointment but luckily I got an email 2hrs before I was due to show. The MRI technician said I cannot believe they made this appointment for you knowing that it could cause serious internal Burns in your body and/or try to pull the stimulator leads from your body. When I've been actively voicing my opinion about running out of medicine and it costing me my job to where I made $30 an hour. It started a problem obviously because no one wants to be critiqued and accused of ruining someone's life. Then their latest ignorance was sending me to this MRI appointment to where I could have been seriously seriously injured. The staff at Norton's pain management do not care about their patients, when you voice a complaint, their staff actually laughs at you with the office manager (Ruth) as you're walking out the door. Good luck trying to get and hold of the director for Norton's because they're about as incompetent as the rest of them. What employer is going to believe that a establishment like Norton's would let people run out of their medicine? Instead the employer is going to look at you like you're abusing your medicine. I have Casper reports, drug screens and everything that is on my side. I have done nothing wrong besides voice my opinion and stand up for myself and to try and hold people accountable for their actions. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE BUT I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN NOT DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. I got dismissed from their practice and had to request a letter, which I received today after trying to call in my medicine to hear from the lady on the phone that I am no longer being seen by Norton's pain management. They don't even care enough to let me know that I've been dismissed by certified letter that is how things are supposed to work as I've heard. I've never gotten kicked out of a pain management place because I do everything by the book

Had a VERY poor experience trying to get a patient scheduled in this office. Spoke with the office manager RUTH who was very rude and aggressive! I spoke very calm and polite with her but she was very argumentative and then hung up me when I tried to get her last name to report this issue. I am beside myself at the idea that someone in your office would be so rude and inconsiderate! I see all the bad reviews for this location and it starts with management. If this is who they have as an office manager then it makes sense why they have so many issues! They probably need a fresh start or re-training at this location. Very unprofessional and just unacceptable to treat people that way.

After waiting in line and in the nasty packed waiting room behind someone arguing over who is responsible for paying for their pain medication with the front desk person for over 35 minutes...then sitting in the run down and dirty exam rooms...my appointment went equally as poor.

I should have just walked out then.

But I was there hoping to see my former pain management doctor after being told they could treat my Arachnoiditis...but instead the appointment was with a NP not the doctor who had treated me for several years prior.
He was my doctor until I refused anymore spinal injections at that time because they were making my pain worse after receiving the dozens that were pushed on me to receive any pain medication from him at all. I told him I didn't want anymore shots because they weren't helping so he said no shots no more meds and that is when I left then. After leaving there I was diagnosed with Arachnoiditis by another doctor in another state. I received 4.5 years of proper care there but my doctor retired leaving me in a tough spot without a pain doctor at all.
But here they quickly reminded exactly why I left this place in the first place. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP or HOPE at all with my Arachnoiditis DX and work related pain but offered to give me more epidurals, a spinal cord stimulator, or a pain pump. All of which I cannot have due to my autoimmune pain disorders...I explained that fully before making the appointment to see if they could even treat me in the first place if they bothered to look it up in their medical journals. I waited 2+ months for this appointment and was also told due to my concurrent psych issues no one would help me at all by the unprofessional Nurse Practitioner. Wonder if they realize if my pain was under control that my depression may not be as big of an issue as it currently is. As a professional you never say that to a patient especially a severely depressed chronic pain patient. I didn't ask for pain medication but was treated as a drug seeker wanting to off myself anyway.
I was hoping to try ketamine and or low dose naltrexone for my severe pain and relieve some of my depression at the same time but couldn't even ask before I was given a drug screen which I passed.
No such hope at this place. It is either 60 to 80k for a pump or a stimulator plus maintenance refills or endless $2300+ epidural injections which my body would be further damaged by and or reject the implants or NOTHING.

Go elsewhere these people aren't here to help unless you are willing to put your health at greater risk and possibly end up with what they will say is an untreatable condition that these harmful excessive epidural injections do cause. I am proof.

I’m not sure if they are having a staffing issue at this location or if it’s something else, but I’ve had more issues in the last few months than I’ve ever had with any doctors office before. Mixed up or missing paperwork, appointments that were scheduled weeks in advance only to find out it was rescheduled when I show up, little to no communication at all, and when I give them my info to call me back at their convenience I end up not hearing from them for weeks until I eventually have to call back. I hope they get these issues resolved because this is location is the most convenient for me due to work
