Surprised to see bad reviews… I wanted to add my personal experience because I’ve had great luck with Southside.

My first car from them was a Mini Cooper. Since then, I’ve bought a Cadillac, a Prius, an Infiniti, a Town Car, a Yukon Denali, and a Mustang from them. I’ve traded cars in, bought some through their financing program, and bought one with cash. I only had issues with ONE of the SEVEN cars I’ve bought from them, and the owner, Rob, immediately fixed things for me.

Paul and his mullet are great! He has always been fair with me and always bent over backwards to help put me in the car I want. Same goes for Austin. Both of them are extremely nice and relatable.

The mechanics are good at what they do and also very nice people. I always talk to them when I go in.

The ladies in the office are absolute angels. They’re always so polite and they make sure to ask how you’re doing and answer any questions you might have.

The owner is super cool. If an issue is escalated to him, he is fair and gives you an answer right away. If you run into him when you stop in to make a payment, he is happy to stop and take the time to talk cars with you.

I highly recommend this lot. They have a car for everyone’s taste, and as long as you hold up your end of the deal they always take care of you. After buying from other lots and private parties in the past, now that I found Southside, I’ll never buy a car anywhere else

I went in with $1500 cash and drove out with a nice Ford Flex. They worked with me got a great price. Paul was awesome to work with. I'm extremely happy Thank You Southside Auto Sales 2 for a very pleasant and fast buy. Happy New Year for me in my new ride !

Bought a car and it ended up having some problems. I was skeptical at first with being small lot, but owner offered to put us into another car. I am still awaiting final decision on what car getting. I did want to state the owner seemed honest and Paul and Danielle were very respectful and helpful. So just be honest and respectful with them and all will be good with any car purchased here. just bought my first car from Southside Auto Sales. i had the pleasure of working with Thomas. he was patient & made sure I understood everything. there were a few minor issues with the car (i.e. the air conditioner wasn’t working) and they were all fixed within a couple of days. i arrived to pick up the car and they even washed it for me! i highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new car!

Great place to buy a car. Paul the salesman is great and will help you find what your looking for based on your budget and needs. I had a great experience with Thomas. I have been looking for a car for about a week and he was very calm and patient with me on looking at all the vehicles I was interested in considering my child was being wild. I highly recommend this place and the process was pretty fast and easy.

These guys are amazing. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Southside since 2015. I've recommended family, friends, and several coworkers to Southside Auto. All were very pleased. I was able to pass down my first car (BMW) 2007 to my son who attends Northern Kentucky University. He loves that car, and travels frequently on the highway. He has only had routine maintenance done. Even during this pandemic, they have been understanding about payments. As a social worker, I need reliable transportation. If anyone knows me. I don't have time for any lemons or broke down junk. My '07 BMW, '08 Honda Accord, and my brothers '07 Nissan Pathfinder are, and have been excellent cars. Rob, Paul and their highly professional staff treat you like family. They are the real

These guy's are awesome. My boyfriend got a used car from here a few months ago where no other used car lot would help like these guy's did. Paul is wonderful, he's just a great guy in general. Very fair, down to earth and honest. He's always helping if we have to call with anything and really goes above and beyond what he should do. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good used car;)

I bought my car in late September , the sales team was great. They worked out a deferred down payment and let me drive away . My transmission started having trouble before my temp tag had even expired. Mind you I bought my car as is without warranty. These guys actually stood behind their car and fixed it for me. They checked it out , order my transmission and set my appointment with the transmission shop. I can’t get over how much Rob and Paul have helped me. This is the place to go .

The best car lot I've ever been too. I worked with Paul. I came in at 11am and left by 330pm. Literally test drive 5 vehicles and asked a million questions. The whole time Paul did not rush or push any vehicle on me. I didn't finance a vehicle from them and was able to work out a cash price but their finance options are even amazing. If you are looking for a cash lot with decent prices, I mean literally good quality vehicles under 5 thousand dollars, this would be the place. And ask for Paul. Thanks again for working with me.

Got a 2011 kia forte koup from here. They made the process very easy and didn't feel pressured to buy anything. The back tires were kinda bad on it but they fixed it with no issues. Car runs great with no issues and the lady at the payment window is super nice. For anyone looking to get a vehicle, I highly recommend Southside autosales 2 ... will deff get another vehicle from them when that time comes.

Paul really worked with us on getting the vehicle we wanted.He acted more like a human than just trying to make a sale. A few weeks after having the car my security system locked up on my car and the manager made sure that we were taken care of.He said we shouldnt have to worry about making payments and trying fix our car too.my car was ready the next day.The staff there are all very nice too.I truly appreciated being treated like a person and not a dollar sign.
