Love taking the kids here. It's a great playground, they keep it nice and clean too.

Park just upgraded but I usually play ball court has new paint and looks great. Really nice due to police center in front. Walking trails a few. Dog friendly not a small park. Great for kids baseball fields 2 tennis court 3 basketball court. You can leave a book take a book station is neat.

Went here early Saturday w/ two dogs in tow for Metro Animal Service’s dog and cat affordable vaccine clinic. Great service for seniors and saved money too! Nice clean little park. I’ve lived in Okolona for close to 10 yrs. And did not even know about this gem of a park. Looks like from what I saw they have ball diamonds, walking trail and picnic tables. Cool!

The Highview Friday Fest events are awesome. Great music, bring your own chair, food, etc. Family friendly. I have been attending them for the last four years. Maybe five or six. They start Memorial Day weekend and are every other Friday through the first weekend in August. If you are a business, it's worth the sponsorship investment.

There were plenty of tables, some under shade and some not. There are soccer fields and tennis courts. It did appear that they were redoing the bathrooms so there were port a pots. Grass was well maintained and a good amount of parking.

Great park that definitely some money put into it to make it even better. Some of the playground areas are obviously repaired with just wood and putty but this is a great hidden spot for our 2 year old to play at.

A nice environment and fun for kids and adults. Public restrooms are available. My kids even made friends with some kids there and as the parents, we just started talking as well. This was my 1st time at Highview Park but i think I will be visiting there again.
Update: I have lost count of how many times I have been here. Still loving it and now we walk at this park just to exercise as well.

We visited the park for a community Christmas function at LMPD 7 building. It was a great experience. The park was well decorated with Christmas light. The newly constructed restrooms are heated and top notch. The play ground and walking track it wonderful. The tennis courts are well kept. Great place to spend a few hours outside.

We went to walk there and they had a nice path to walk on. Several people had their dogs there walking them and everyone kept them on a leash. People was very respectful of the social distancing. It was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot to go on a walk. We bring our dog here often and the walk around is about 20 to 30 minutes with nice playground for the kids. Would recommend!

This is a great place to take your kids. Or if you just want to run, walk, play tennis , basketball baseball, or just sit and listen to the birds. Its a great place to go to get away or just collect your thoughts. And its super safe there is a police station right next to it.

Wonderful park! Many things for kids and adults alike. Free Concerts every other weekend in the summer, ballgames, covered picnic areas, basketball court, tennis courts walking paths in a beautiful park setting. Come give it a try, you'll be glad you did.
One of Highviews hidden gems!

Nice park. Plenty of room and playground equipment. Nice Holiday display in December. We went over for the annual Christmas party. Free hot dogs, chili, cookies and drinks. Free carriage rides and Santa Claus himself. This night is packed with people from the area and carriage rides are a favorite of most folks coming. Get there early to sign up for the carriage rides. Four carriages at this year's event. Much less waiting in line.

My son got to play here and me and my aunt loved how clean and safe it was . Will return as soon as possible. He got to ride his new bike for his birthday. He was a very happy boy. He made 2 new friends too .

Parking was decent, the grass was mowed and the ladies restroom was clean. The paper towels needed restocking & I believe there was no air dryer. However, it was a fun filled adventure!

Surprised by all the quality tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, soccer goals with nets, playground, picnic area with a lot of big picnic tables. This park is a hidden gem in Louisville

Great size for walking and quite a few separate spaces for gatherings and sports

We took our three month granddaughter to see the lights. She enjoyed them. We love Highvew Park. The playground is awesome and the walking path is great with all the trees.
