Brand new office for Pima Heart! On the east side where it is so needed. I got there early, but barely had time to sit down, virtually no wait time. Dr Gajanan was very thorough, took time to answer all my questions, explained things thoroughly. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this office.

Dr Michelle Strand is wonderful, and Amber NP, everyone is very thorough and wise! I am so grateful to have them apart of my medical team providing accurate treatment and support I need. They work very hard everyday helping people and they care, it truly shows. I don’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

I’ve had muscle spasms for days now and contacted TMC for follow up. I had the pleasure to speak with Jamilla, I’m sure I misspelled her name. My apologies. She scheduled me for 11/28 follow up. Let me be clear, Jamilla has ridiculously wonderful customer service skills. She is professional and has a caring quality about her- remember this was a phone call. She is truly an asset.

I took my daughter to the TMC urgent care Rincon and we were taken care of by Alexa, MA and Arvie Webster, NP. Alexa greeted my little girl so cheerfully and calmed her nerves in an instant. She was efficient with vitals and caring in her approach.
NP Arvie presented as caring and gentle but most importantly I was impressed with her diagnostic skills. I was confident in her explanation and recommended treatment for my kiddo and would absolutely see her again and recommend her to others. Thanks from this relieved Mom! (I also happen to be a Nurse Manager in healthcare since 2006 so kudos to this team for impressing me.)

The doctors are compassionate and courteous, everyone of them listen to what you're saying.

I have been bringing my daughter here since the week she was born. Her doctor is Kimberlee Isaac, I was so impressed with the care and treatment provided for her that I switched my doctor over to this location and I now see Dawn Shoemaker. Both doctors are the best that I have ever had. Everyone that works here is just a pleasure to be around from the front desk to the doctors help. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I visited Casie Clary NP for the first time in October for a routine physical. She is wonderful. She has excellent bedside manner, is professional and kind. The waiting room is clean and well designed. The appointment was conducted ON-TIME which was refreshing. Labs are available on-site which is super convenient. The lab tech was a little cold - however it was 7am. Appointments are easy to obtain and office staff are warm and inviting. I highly recommend this facility and Ms. Clary.

I went their with my boys to see the pediatrician. The office staff were friendly and the waiting room was pleasant, although we didn't spend very long waiting! The doctor and MA were very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I love that they have labs available in the same facility. Very convenient! We will definitely be coming here again.

I just came home from TMCOne Rincon Urgent Care. The most ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience. From Check-in (Nancy), to In-take and vitals (Jessica), to the Nurse Practitioner (Leonard) to the MA (Charai) who gave me my prescription and led me out. Great staff. So friendly and helpful. Thank you

My wife and I had to see our primary care and np three times in the past 10 days. Thanks Karen and the front desk staff for remembering our names and making the extra visits more pleasant. Karen was especially helpful making sure our lab work orders were still in the system.

The pediatric department was amazing! They were thorough and fast. My four kids had appointments spread out through the day and they not only took them all at the same time, they had us in and out within an hour of the appointment time. All the staff was nice and friendly!

My elderly mother had to get blood work today and it is a challenge as she is a difficult stick. . It was a much better experience today. Isabella (phlebotomist) was awesome! She was able to get my mom on the first stick. Thanks again Isabella for gentleness in the care you provided.

Great thanks to everyone who works at this office for their professionalism, kindness and understanding on the phone and in-person. I have had exceptionally positive experiences from making the appointments through to every aspect of the office visits with the entire staff. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and with the utmost professionalism.

I could not get in to see my PCP on really short notice but saw Dr. Duran and she was great. Seen same day, quick to the point visit, and 2 days later feeling back to normal! Couldn't ask for more!

Good office which offers many services. Just to let you know the lab office does not break for lunch so they're open through business hours which is awesome

Efficient & knowledgeable staff from arrival to departure. Convenience of lab & radiology and Urgent Care on premises. Been going there for years.

I had all great experiences with this location. My doctor is awesome and understanding. He always addresses all my medical health issues.

Excellent care from my NP, Eva. Did not feel rushed; friendly and thorough. Convenient to have a lab on site. Modern, pleasant decor. Very clean.

The NPs there have been outstanding! Always listen and give information relevant to what I said, not what they think they heard. Plus, nice new facility.
