AT&T Store

We just received the new Iphone 15 phones and Stephanie was go patient with us helping my wife and I along with our daughter and family. We were six in total and Stephanie helped each and every one of us set up our phone and letting us know to wait 24 hours before doing anything with our old phones. She helped us put on our screen protector and showed us a few things about the new phones. That was the best demonstration of excellent customer service I've seen in a while! She even gave us water while waiting! Please pass on my appreciation to Stephanie's supervisor, we can't thank her enough for all her patience and assistance.

Carlos and mike did everything they could to help me out with our business phone that broke, highly highly recommend them coming from a local business in tucson, these guys are awesome!!
