The UPS Store

Ashley and the store mngr put in a lot of effort to find my missing laptop. They saw on camera two different days where I mistakenly used the laptop return label for my watch as well. I cannot say rnough "Thank yous" to them.

I have been in this store twice now. Once with a prepackaged item and another time with the intent to package in the store. Both times, the employees were very friendly, helpful, and quick. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience dropping off my package today (July 2, 2023). The gentleman was very kind and helpful. This was my first time utilizing a UPS store as I do not live in an area with one. He provided me with useful instructions and provided excellent customer service.

I have only dropped a few things off at this location. Mainly because I just realized it was there. When I returned my Cox equipment at this store they were fast and very friendly.
Today I received a bill from Cox for the equipment..$450!!. I knew the receipt was long gone and called to see if they could find tracking. The gentleman that helped me put me on hold for maybe a minute tops & came back on the line with the tracking number. I appreciate his helping out knowing it was my responsibility to keep the receipt. He did the search without complaining and I am forever grateful!

I was a clueless and unprepared dad trying to print out invitations and stuff for my daughter's birthday. The manager today was super helpful and accommodating and got us everything we needed. I'm very grateful for his help.

This location on golf Links is always convenient, fast, and clean. This is our go to place when processing returns.

Dropped off a package here without picking up a receipt. I called a few days later and the guy on the phone didn't give up on me. He looked, and looked, and finally found the package with a different tracking number. He wouldn't give me the tracking number which I appreciated but at least I had something to go on. Thanks!

I have been going here since it opened. Probably 10 years or so. It is family owned and operated. You cannot find a business more organized, helpful and honest. 5 Stars All The Way. Some people are so naïve it's possible they don't even know they are racist, as in case with the 1 star post. What difference does it make if "the older man" is Asian? His name is Keith and the only way he would be "rude" is if the customer is being a jerk, as racist normally are.

Needed help from them to get documents from a client, and Keith walked me through the cheapest way, instead of faxing he advised emailing, and he took care of us and emailed it all back. Great business.

Prompt, courteous service. Very helpful with a package I was trying to mail as fast as possible. He taped up the envelope I brought in and sent it on its way.
