A To Z Auto Center

I’ve been relying on A to Z for nearly 20 years and they have never steered me wrong. Tires, oil changes, and repairs have always been reasonably priced and done very well. They also work with my 3rd-party warranty. To my recollection, they never got a diagnosis wrong.
The small waiting area is quiet and has reliable WiFi so I can work while waiting. I have just one car now so that’s very important. They have always treated me and my family with respect. Having A to Z at my back has saved me a lot of stress.

Larry is always so kind & knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone in search of an honest shop, he always takes great care of us!

Only place I found that carries Schaeffers Oil and normally I do my own services but if I couldn’t, this is one of the places I would trust!

My mom and I rented a U-Haul from them today. April, Paris, their uncle and the rest of the family are such wonderful people. We had a minor issue with our hitch after we left but quickly returned and they fixed it. Before we knew it, we were on our way again with our trailer. They’re really nice, hospitality people. I would recommend anyone to them! Haven’t had any auto services completed here but my experience leads me to believe they’re honest people who do quality work on that side too. We’ve been taking our cars there for over 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over 10 years ago my wife was driving in a snow storm and the wiper motor died. She pulled in to A to Z and they took care of the car and got her on the road home. We’ve taken our cars there ever since.

Scheduled a U-Haul online and had an issue with the drop off time, and got a call from U-Haul corp saying this location didn't have a truck available when i needed so they were going to change my pick up location. I called and Pat was very very helpful, he spoke to corp and was not only able to get my drop off time updated for what i needed but he worked it out with U-Haul so I didn't have to go to another location. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for making a busy/stressful time so much easier.

Needed a u-haul car dolly. All of theirs were rented out but they were very helpful to find another car dolly a few miles away at another location and reserve it for me. They were very friendly and helpful. I chose A to Z based on their reviews and it turned out the reviews were very accurate by giving them the best ratings. Definitely will go back to this location the next time I need a u-haul.

These guys are honest, fair, and really economical. My husband and I found them by accident over 3 years ago when our truck happened to die right in front of their business. When we went in, my husband was still in the "I can fix it on my own" mode. The owner and one of the mechanics then spent the next 40 minutes explaining to my husband how he would go about fixing it on his own. Gave him tons of completely free advice so that we wouldn't even need to have the shop take a look at it. And at that point, we'd had no history with these guys - we were total strangers.

Ever since, we've only taken our cars to these guys for repairs. We have older, well-used cars that need quite a few repairs. We've priced out several of the larger repairs to a couple different shops, including our family members' shops, and A to Z always comes in cheapest. Every time we go in, they treat us fairly, fix the problems quickly and come in under budget.

The last time I brought my car in, we'd already had it priced at other shops (mechanics run in the family) and everyone was coming in above our budget. We asked for a quote from these guys and they gave us a number just above our "magic number" - we hadn't told them what our budget was or what the other prices were coming in at. We authorized the work and when they got the car back to us, they actually ended up coming in under their estimate and under our budget because they "had a feeling we were trying to keep it under a certain threshold."

Also a big selling point for me, A to Z doesn't try to push off extra work onto your bill or try to convince you that a ton of unforeseen work is needed on your car when you bring it in for something small. Couldn't ask for anything more in a business and to find these qualities in a mechanic's shop is a dream come true.

Larry and his mechanics at A to Z Auto Center are the best in town. I have been taking my car there for a few years and they have been able to keep me on the road with everything from tires, to fluid exchanges, to suspension issues. Just yesterday took my car in for maintenance that would take all day, and as I use my car for work any time without it would be problematic, but with the courtesy vehicle they have that is never a problem. I can stay on the road and not miss a step along the way. Great work A to Z, I will be back in another 3,000 miles.

I trust Larry and his very knowledgeable staff to do their work as described, on time, and at the price they quoted. I have not had to take my vehicles back to have work performed after the original visit. If you need tires make sure to have Larry offer his tire selections. I buy all my tires from A-Z and the price is the best I have found, and the tires wear like iron.

I have been to many auto service companies and dealerships in the past 50 years, A-Z is head and shoulders above any I have used. A-Z prices are extremely competitive. If I were to use "one" phrase to describe A-Z Automotive it would be "I Trust Them!"

I had a great experience taking a used car to A to Z auto center before purchasing it. I worked with Larry, Jeff, and Alan to get prompt and courteous service. A to Z has comfortable chairs, free WIFI, and Larry even brewed a fresh cup of coffee for me. Despite being busy, Larry and Jeff both took the time to explain the car inspection report to me in great detail.

The team at A to Z is always professional and they do excellent work.

Excellent service! Had the transmission replaced on my 2006 Mazda 3 and they worked with me step by step and even took the time to describe the issue and show it to me on the old transmission. I keep going back for more service thanks to Larry and Jeff!

I got my car back from another shop and it was STILL having problems, went to A to Z to buy some coolant and while I was filling up my car in the parking lot staff came out to assist me and tested my engine for FREE. They really talked me through the issues and didn't talk down to me at all even though I'm a young woman and not car savvy. They were so helpful and kind and I get the sense they just really care about cars-- I will definitely be coming here from now on!

We were leaving St. Louis after our stay and had trouble with our van. I stopped by for some coolant and Jeff came out to help with a temporary fix for the issue. He was super helpful and we really appreciate the extra effort he gave to get us back on the way.

Just replaced my AC with them. Dash had to be removed, complex AC repair. They did a fantastic job. We continue to go there for all vehicle repairs and are very pleased (We have a small fleet of vehicles). Honest, Fair and top notch work.

We rent U-Hauls from this location and they’ve been fab.

Rented a Uhaul. After the rental I decided to ask them about getting new windshield wipers on my car. The staff was very helpful and gave me a small discount on the wipers! Would definitely return to this business.
