Doctor Palares is both efficient and compassionate. The staff is great as well. I have been going for over 20 years, and have always received great care!

After presenting my irritating, long lasting, dry cough problem to 2 other doctors, I feel Dr Pollard has put me on the road to recovery. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly as the staff has always been. I can’t say enough good things about Family Allergy and Asthma. In my opinion, they set the standard of excellence in the field. I am thankful and grateful to be their patient. 5⭐s!

I am a new patient and had my first appointment with Dr. Pallares. He reviewed my material, from my former provider. ( I am changing due to insurance change.)
After my exam and questions, Dr. advised I could continue allergy shots I was on previously. Dr. Pallares was very cordial and thorough. I'm pleased so far with my selection of Allergy group and physician.

The nurse Danielle was wonderful with my overly shy, timid and nervous 8yr old daughter. An appt that she did not want to go to at all..to the point we were 20mins late...she now labels it the funnest appt she's ever had. And mind you...she got tested on her back and arms and has had a phobia of needles her entire life and yet she says this was the best appt ever and even agreed to getting allergy shots.. Thank you Danielle for your over the top altruistic care, it was much needed and appreciated. All of the staff was polite and patient...including the Dr when my daughter let her nervousness kick in and she became a little antsy...the Doctor still patiently answered all of her questions and addressed her concerns in a caring manner.

From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted kindly-the registration process was quick and painless!-the nurses and dr listened and answered all mine and my kids questions-without talking down to me or judging us for our decisions—great experience all the way around! I would HIGHLY recommend making them your allergy care specialists!

The lady at the front desk is Ozsome. And then I think his name was Brad. He was moving as fast as his legs would go. Even though he was sticking me with a million needles.

Best needle stickers this side the Mississippi.

But in all seriousness, Pallares is the best ENT I've ever seen and the nurses in the office are great at what they do. Good conversationalists too.

I love the staff and Doctor's. Love seeing the decorations. But when will it open back up at lunchtime. That's the reason I switched to Bluegrass from Dixie. Please go back to opening at lunchtime

Every time I go to Family allergy and asthma the staff and doctors have been very nice and greet you with a smile and a good morning they care about how you feel I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sublett is really good with explaining things in a straight forward way. He has a great rapport with children.
