For truck driver's, this place is ridiculous, they give an appointment time, and give a 2 hour window from that appointment time to be there, and they did not mention the 2 hour window... you're 15 mins late past the 2 hour window and they refuse your load, saying they're schedule is oh so tight, yet for over an hour not one truck was backed into a dock door, but they had no time to unload??... these are the type of shipping and receiving customers in which carriers will drop, because appointment times are a joke when it comes to dealing with the new ELD mandates, and when a shipment is scheduled for a pick up time and the drop off isn't for another 16 hrs but its only a 3 and a half hour drive to the drop off destination, but yet the load can't be received early either... I would strongly suggest receiving a load when you get it, unless you want it to be days late, or have a harder time finding a carrier because their schedules may not be able to get it there at the exact appointment time you're requesting, especially when issues like an accident has the driver held up, or they wake up sick and don't have the comforts of home to regroup themselves before getting back on the clock
