Everything was super good ,fast too.
In for take out today. Hostess was very nice, sweet and helpful. Food was perfect.

Really enjoyed our visit. Our party of 4- 3 adults & a 9yo- got a variety of food. The steaks were great. Mine was med well and was done right the first time & not a thin fatty piece of meat which I end up with at a lot of places. Fries, baked & mashed (with brown gravy) potatoes were all hot & tasty. Salmon was good but sauce was a bit heavy for it. Kids Mac & cheese was plenty & creamy. Potato skins were hot & good.
Service was just right. Restaurant was warm and comfortable...a blessing given how cold it was outside!

The food was delicious. The steak was cooked perfect juicy and season really well did not need steak sauce. Sides where hot. Nice portions.The rolls where served hot. They have a salad bar that is also set up well with good items.

The service is outstanding, I had to write my review before I even had our meal. Christl at the bar is outstanding, and then some. She’s involved in conversations, making us laugh, and sharing stories back n forth.

Edit to rate the food: 4/5 only because all 4 of us ordered medium rare steaks, and they were all medium/medium well. But, the meat had amazing flavor, the red mashed potatoes were amazing & the combo platter for 4 was a hit for our table. Will definetly come back!

We were on vacation and decided to try this for dinner one night. Everything was amazing. I had the unlimited salad bar, which had everything for your salad plus pastas and dessert. Our daughter ordered chicken strips and we were blown away by the amount of chicken that came out. She had plenty enough for 2 meals. Everyone loved their food and our server was great. We were very happy that we found this place while in Louisville.

I have never had a steak even close to cattleman’s steaks. So tender and juicy. I had lost all of my top teeth and was afraid I wouldn’t be able eat. Was desperately craving. I didn’t have to cut in tiny bites. So tender not a problem. Salad bar is great. Had plenty options allowed me to eat. But lettuce was fresh and didn’t pose a problem either. No other salad bar can compare! Service was great. I’ve been to Frankfort and Danville locations. Both had same great customer service. I will never eat any other steaks that’s not cattlemen’s!

Recently went with the missus and had a great time. We have passed the place hundreds of times and we're surprised with how good it was.

We ordered the fried pickles. The server came over and asked why we were not eating them. They had come out super hot and we were waiting for them to cool down. She immediately offered another sauce recommendation, not on the menu, for the pickles which was amazing.

The salad bar was amazing. All the items were crisp and delicious. It was an amazing, and affordable, addition to the meal.

Also the server checked in on is regularly to ensure our dining experience was going well and we needed everything we needed. Including bringing us another bottle of A1 sauce because the bottle she brought was running low.

I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant again and wonder why I passed it up so many times before trying it. Thanks for all the good food and service!

The food at Cattleman's is always good. I typically get the BBQ chicken or smothered chicken. Dining in the bar area can be a very different experience from the dining room. I much prefer the cozy feeling of the bar. It's a laid-back, casual place where you can flop down, have a drink, and relax.

Headia (I think that's how you spell her name) apologizes if I got it wrong. But she was fantastic while waiting on at least 4 tables simultaneously while providing the best service. Didn't take long for our food to come out and it was delicious. Great atmosphere, clean, and kid friendly. Hostess was polite and greeted us when we walked in.

We went for Valentine's Day last year for dinner and salad bar we had the pork chop meal fantastic if you go before 4:00 and happy hour you keep two pork chops a big old salad bar it is awesome everything you could want is on the salad bar hats off to Academy thank you for making my Valentine's Day awesome oh yeah shout out to my husband thank you man

Love Cattleman’s!! Salad bar is amazing. The best I’ve seen anywhere and I’m a truck driver that travels all move r the country . I always look forward to coming home because cattleman’s. Is our choice of places to eat hands down!!

MY family and I visited cattlemans on Saturday November 4th from the time we entered until we left it was a true pleasure! The manager came by and ask if we were OK! Our server was excellent...our meal was outstanding..we ordered ribeye they were the best tasting steaks I've had in a while. We've been to top 5 stars steakhouses but this was the by far the best everyone always cook them wrong and you can't smell the flavors...But the smell was even delicious even after I put in the refrigerator it was so tender and so flavorful so we appreciated the visit...Thank You! Oh I forgot those fried green tomatoes was also delicious fried crispy didn't crumble when the were cut apart...I can't wait til I'm in need of another steak!

My steak was prepared to my order, the salad bar was excellent, the waitress was superb. Great service, I am going back soon.

I worked at a different Steakhouse for years and was kind of stubborn about not eating steak anywhere else. Let me tell you, I've been missing out this entire time! I ordered the haystack sirloin for my entree and was so totally floored by the quality! I was extremely impressed by how juicy and TENDER this steak was, I almost believed it was a filet 😅 Hands down the BEST sirloin I've ever had in my life! It was my first time to Cattlemans but trust me, I will be back! Props to our server Reggie in the bar as well, we had a great time 😊

I played it safe and ordered the fried fish platter because I've had it at the new Albany location. It was still delicious. Two of my companions ordered the pork chops, which was my other choice. They looked juicy and delicious. I also ordered the fried green tomatoes, which were fantastic!

They always have great specials every day during the week. Even the weekend ❤ the salad bar. Always get my steak cooked medium rare it's the best... If there is a wait, go to the bar..

This place grills steaks near perfection. Great cuts of meat. Great unlimited salad bar. Will return.

This had to be one of the best meals I'd EVER eaten. No kidding. My steak melted in my mouth and was cooked to PERFECTION. The service was impeccable and Bryan, the Asst. Manager, was so attentive and welcoming. He made us feel so comfortable and special.

We were just traveling through on vacation but already know we will be visiting again and again. We.are.hooked! What a fabulous dining experience.

Well finally some good service from a great waitress. Since COVID, service has sucked all over from wait staff to CSR. Not today. She earned her keep waiting on my family of 27. The atmosphere is good, especially since there was a thunderstorm going on outside. I don't like to give 5 because that means perfect, but hard to deny money well earned...

We love Cattleman’s! We come down to this Cattleman’s every year. The food is always delicious, and Heaven always takes great care of us! Would highly recommend!
