This is a great salon.
The Staff are always so nice and friendly.
We love Cheryl. She has been styling my Family's hair for many years.
Cheryl always goes the extra mile to make sure we are completely satisfied.
We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

First time at this location and all went well!! Love the cut and, as always, the included wash. There is nothing like a good scalp massage!!

Kelly did an amazing job. I have been trying to get a perm in my hair for about 4 months, and everywhere I called would turn me down. Hands down, this is the place to go!!!!

The barber next store in Concord plaza did a terrible job. I went right next store to Fantastic Sam's and Cheryl fixed my hair for free. She was super sweet and listened to what I was asking and I will definitely go back as well as recommend using them!! Thanks Cheryl!!

For the first time in my adult life I received a haircut so bad I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. Had my rating been based on that it would be 1*. However, the immediate response and fix upon returning the next morning is service deserving of 5*. Thank you Cheryl, for taking the time to correct the haircut I received from a different stylist yesterday.

Danielle helped me find a hairstyle that was flattering and easy to maintain. And I was over 50! She is efficient, helpful and friendly!

I was impressed with them. I'm a guy who is growing out my hair and do not know how to "talk hair". After years of going to Great Clips, I'm switching to Fantastic Sams. The stylist I had took her time and did a great job. They stylist at Great Clips didn't want to cut my hair, and I actually had to just get out of the chair and leave before she started.

Tesha is a fantastic hair stylist! She listens to what you want and confirms anything with you before the point of no return. Highly recommended her, she's friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator 🌟

Katie is wonderful, highly recommend her. Specials for seniors Monday through Friday on cuts and color. They also do facial waxing for under $10. You have to call when they open if you want to be seen that day, since they don't make reservations in advance.

Katie is the only person I'm comfortable doing my hair. I've had someone else blow my hair out and it was clear this girl should only be working as a stylist at a nursing home. Katie is good, always does a great job on my color, cut and style.

This place is the best! THE woman with pink and blue hair was even better! She gave me the best hair cut i have ever had! I mean that completely she rocks! the place rocks! and i would give it 100 stars if i could she is the BEST FOR REAL

Excellent place with very talented stylists. You can get any hairstyle that you want. A mullet, The "Ken Burns", The "Beatle Bob" The "Sib Hashian perm" The "Dickie Peterson" or any Karen cut.
You will strut your stuff out after a visit.
Come in and give it a try.

They are reasonably priced.. Some of the ladies are excellent... And then there are those that are just there for doing a job..
I have good haircuts... and a few hair chops.. I just make sure if I see those people there on duty ... I just escuse myself and come another time or day.. you only get one opportunity to give me an bad haircut..
So far I have to say I have mostly good cuts.. and if you have coupons. .it is even cheaper.. though on Wednesday they have discount cuts...

This was my first time at this location, which is very clean and organized. I didn’t have to wait at all. Tesha gave me a cute asymmetrical pixie cut.

I go to this Fantastic Sams because it is so close to my house. I get a color and cut. I have had several different girls and they were all very nice.
