I had the worse experience of my life in this store.The cashier and the manager are very disrespectful. I bought a bodysuit, but as in other stores that the fitting rooms are closed, you can bring back whatever cloth did not fit you, I thought it was the same here, but they do not accept that, and I UNDERSTAND, that's is why I asked for a refund right away, before taking the bodysuit with me home and they told me they did not do refund. But that is my money, and if you do not do refund that is the first thing you have to say to your costumers, and they can decide whether to buy or no

Very unprofessional. Tried to find anything to not refund or exchange the outfit I bought for my daughter's photo shoot. I was told to come back the next morning if the outfit didn't fit. I came back the next day right at noon and she wasn't open. So sad I try to support my people but it's hard to do with ones that are unprofessional.😠😠😠

He tenido la peor experiencia de mi vida en esta tienda. No se las recomiendo, tanto el cajero como la gerente de la tienda fueron muy irrespetuosos y todo por yo reclamar mi dinero. Después de haber hecho mi compra fue que el vendedor me dijo que no aceptaban devoluciones y porque yo le pregunté si podía devolver la ropa en caso de que no fuese mi talla. Si esa es la política, ellos deberían de decirle a los clientes y así ellos pueden decidir su quieren comporar o no. Pero no lo dicen con el propósito de que pagues y después poner excusas para no devolverte el dinero.
