AVAIL Vapor - St. Matthews

10 out of 5 stars. Adam is the one who assisted me on my visit. This is the first time I ever have been to a vapor store. It was really impressive how he juggled many people all by himself. He made sure everyone was being assisted at a timely manner and was very patient with everybody that was there. I’m pretty sure there was six different people needing to be assisted at one point and he did not fall under pressure. I purchased my first vape pen, and signed up for their life program because I will visit again. I can tell they have a great establishment, but it is people like Adam that make you appreciate a business more. He was calm, kind and personable.

I don't do many ratings, but I just had to from my recent experience. Bain just hooked me up with a tank that is fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of info & tips 4 the future. I highly recommend this place & encourage you to ask questions. He knows what he's talking about! Thanks again! Very happy customer!

This store is amazing, just a really chill place. They have nice staff - extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very good prices as well. I'm really impressed with them. I'll see how they do with a return or exchange today, I think I got some contaminated ejuice but definitely not the stores fault. I am sure I will go back to the store many times in the future.

Update: no exchanges or returns on ejuice. I think that might be a law. Anyways great store.

Went today to buy a new vape, Kendra serviced me and she was awesome! Incredibly helpful and didn't mind answering all of my questions. She was friendly, patient, and didn't make me feel stupid. Would definitely recommend Avail for anybody buying for the first time!

Walked in not know what I was looking for and walked out confident that I’m about to kick my bad habit. The shop is very nice and the employees are even better. Brain helped out a ton. He didn’t try to sell me their most expensive rig, only the one he thought would be perfect for me. I will definitely be back to see these guys again. 10 stars for this shop.

This is without a doubt the best vapor shop in Louisville! I can't recommend this place enough! This store has an awesome vibe, while maintaining professionalism. The perfect balance of work and fun! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly!

I’ve been to many different vape stores around the city and this is by far my favorite. The employees are very professional and friendly and my favorite part is that they don’t vape while talking to you. They were very knowledgeable about all products and very willing to assist in any way they could. Prices are decent, but I learned a valuable lesson from BF, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten”. They made sure I was ready to go when I left the store and it was reassuring that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend this store whether you are new or experienced to vaping! Couldn’t be happier!

Kendra and Bain, are the greatest! Took my fiance to get a vape and they spent a very long time helping in selection of equipment and juices. It was obvious they enjoy what they are doing and making sure the customer feels comfortable and happy, when they leave the store. Sorry guys that it took me this long to write a review. This is by far the best vape shop in all of Louisville! Great place and it's extremely clean. Samir is uhhmazinggg! He's very helpful and always makes sure you leave happy. Good with setting you up with merchandise that'll fit your needs and not screw up on you.

I got my first mod and cbd juice from Octaviano today and he was awesome. Took the time to answer my questions, get me the best product for me, and to top it off took the time to show me how it all worked before I left. Very happy with the store and the staff. 👍🏻

Avail Vapor is amazing!!! They always have sales going on, and have a promise and guarantee that they offer, so if they don't have your juice you get it for free next time!! The manager, Austina, was so nice and got me all setup to walk out ready to vape!!

I went to Avail for the first time like 3 weeks ago. As I walk in a very nicely dressed man quite snazzy if I do say so greeted me with a big wide smile and a can I help you? His name was Bain. He showed me the ropes helped me pick out a vape pen and how to mix the oil and change the filter....now how cool is that we spoke at length about all sorts of things I got a moment of peace and relaxation and adult conversation for a change with 3 kids it was a mini vacay lol. Bain is awesome he rocks I give him a gold 🌟. He had me laughing so hard true sass. 😁😉😁

The young man working seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I needed for my particular condition. The store was super clean and well put together. Sanitation items were readily available.
