Mi Casita on 4th

I definitely loved the food.. The guacamole was chunky with a little bit of mango. It was busy for 5 pm, so the service I received reflected how busy my server was. I didn't get two things I asked for, and my app came out after my food. Other than that, the food and drinks were tasty!

Amazing food. Definitely recommend! The food is not expensive and it is authentic Mexican food. Ps if you get the kids meal it's the same size but less sides. I got the food in the attached photo for 12 dollars.

Wife and I visiting Louisville for the weekend. We just happened to stumble across Mi Casita because it was next door to our hotel. We visited for some apps and drinks. Margaritas were amazing and we had the Fundido cheese with pork and beef which was next level. Great service, atmosphere and food. Highly recommended!

Our waitress, Laura, was great! The food was excellent! I love amazing tamales and theirs are among my favorite I've ever had! Don't miss the raspberry Margaritas with sugar on the rim! 🍹

Everything was very 5 stars! Food was incredible full of flavor. Went here for lunch...I had the Chicken Floutas. Husband had the shrimp cocktail and 2 tacos. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Music was on point! Everyone was so nice and inviting! Comfortable vibes!***

Nice place and nice food. Very good prices too. Would recommend it. They also jave tequilas, micheladas and other Mexican drinks. I had chicken tacos for dinner and they were very good. Corn tortillas were legit. As a Mexican, I approve this place.

I got out from work later than expected while working in Louisville, KY. Hungry and tired I was just not going to do another drive-through this Friday night. I found "Mi Casita" and ordered the Taco Plate. I was planning on taking back to my hotel and although they were getting ready to close the staff and manager let me stay and eat my food comfortably. I am grateful to them for their hospitality but let me tell you, the Tacos were incredible with rice and beans. My wife got lucky she wasn't spending the night with me because I was honestly loaded with heavy ammo. 🙃 Love this place and was very affordable.

Every time I do my 34 hr reset in Mercer Town I walk all the way to 4th street to Mi Casita for some good tacos. They are as close as you can get to Mexican flavor food in Louisville and the rest of their menu is good as well. Their customer service is very welcoming every time I go there.

Here in town for work and decided to stop in late evening. And we were not disappointed. The location is downtown and near everything if your making a night of it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is colorful, sports on the TVs, bar and very spacious seating area. Would be great for friends or the whole family. The chips and salsa were good, I perfected the spicer of the two. Our group ordered a variety of food all of which was great! The presentation was sensational and the portions were large. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for good, local, cuisine.

Staff was friendly and attentive, restaurant was clean and tidy, and food was delicious and hot! I've told everyone, that wants to listen, that I had the best chicken chimichanga I've ever had, seriously! Perfect amount of spice and melty queso. I loved it! The margarita was really good too. My husband had shrimp tacos and said the flavor was "awesome" and also devoured a little bowl of beans which he proclaimed as "SO good". We visited around 4pm-ish on a Tuesday, so it was definitely a lull in the day for them (we were on weird eating hours lol) but they did a great job. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant dinner. The fresh salsa and chips kicked us off to a great start! The queso was tasty. My baby girl ordered the Tacos De Barbacoa and she loved them. She subbed the beans and fried rice out for fries. She enjoyed those as well. I ordered the Mexcal Smoky Margarita which was sssoooo good and smoky and delicious. Then I ordered the Pollo Tropical which was also delightful. Baby girl finished us off with the churros. 😋 We both highly recommend that you take a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Omg! The food is definitely superb! Very friendly, and patient staff! I will definitely eat here again. I absolutely love Laura. We came back the day in a row, and she new what we ordered from the previous day. This trip from Indianapolis was worth it, especially the southern hospitality.

Convenient place to eat before a show at the palace. Food is good, atmosphere is fun and service is excellent. Well drinks are $11 but larger than the usual.

Yum! Leaned more on authentic side than anticipated. So highly recommend the 4th St chicken. Crazy tender. Great service, plenty of chips with two salsas offered. Classic marg on the rock was a little underwhelming but mixed very well. Plenty of space and can’t imagine there is ever a wait. Decently priced.

Very chic place, the ambiance was pleasant. My waiter was excellent, made sure that I had everything that I needed and made a very sincere apology when I didn't have silverware. There is definitely enough room to host a party. The best time to come during the week would be after 6pm if you're worried about paying for parking; the meters don't charger after 6pm. On Sundays the entire day is free.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine & authentic Mexican dining. Highly recommended. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of my food!
Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.
Had the pleasure to meet the owner he was amazing and welcoming. Wish I had Mi Casita on 4th in my city! Definitely will be coming here every time I visit Louisville!

While this is my first experience with this restaurant. I 100% enjoyed my experience. My family and I decided to Google the nearest Mexican restaurants and this one appeared. I ordered the Pollo Tropical and oh my! It’s so delicious! The flavorful combination of pineapple, mushrooms, chicken, & cheese was so delicious. This is definitely a top restaurant that I’ll come to whenever I visit.
