Great food, great prices, and friendly service

Tried this place for the first time as I always drive by and had wanted to for years but never did. I was highly surprised at how reasonable the price of food was and even more surprised at how good the food product tasted. The staff was very friendly and not overcrowded. Will definitely make this place a location to visit again because it was very enjoyable.

We've been on the road to move and busy unpacking since Sunday. Still getting things together in the kitchen, so we had no way to make a home-cooked meal for ourselves.
Frontier Cafe looked like a good place to grab all-day breakfast...and we made the right move! Wonderful and quick service, pleasant staff, and great down-home cooking. Just what we needed after too many days and way too many fast food meals!
We'll be back again very soon!

Me and my whole family love Frontier Cafe. We have been going there for 20+ years. The service is great. The food is awesome. For a little hole in a wall. They all around are totally awesome. Hope you go there soon and give it a great rating like me.

This is one of the few TRUE diner experiences left, and I'm so glad we moved to within a mile of this place. Very friendly people and delicious food for even better prices! If you're on this side of Dixie, you *need* to stop in for a bite! You'll be a new-made regular like me, and they'll get your tea when you walk in the door.

The cook is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants don't know how to make an omelet. Theirs are the best. I cant say enough good things about them. And the prices are good. My favorite restaurant.

This place had the BEST breakfast that I've ever had! The food was GREAT, customer service was GREAT, and the actual customers were friendly. You get that small country feel where everyone knew one another. I'll DEFINITELY be going back to visit Stanley and crew.

Love the regular people with the friendly atmosphere. Sitting in there eating their food that tastes like grandma's. Strangers talk to each other and make friends. Little place but big fun. Eavesdropping is welcome here.

The best kept secret in Louisville. Located on Dixie Highway homemade breakfast homemade lunches only. Wish they stayed open longer and had more locations. Food is delicious and very reasonable huge portions of good food wonderful staff.

Fast courteous service, had biscuit and gravy and coffee. Food was served quickly and was hot and good, kept coffee cup full, very attentive. Will recommend to friends!

Ate Lunch there today and the Food was Delicious. It is a very small Diner with wonderful friendly waitresses.. Prices are reasonable, service was great even with a rather large crowd.. I will be eating there again soon....

You feel like you are eating at your mom's house. Food is great and most importantly, the owners give back to our community. You can't go wrong no matter what you order.

Me and my husband came here on March 17 for breakfast and the food was great and the price was great for the portions. Very nice service. Come on out and check out.

The perfect meat and two diner. It's been there forever, the staff has been there forever. The only thing I would change is being open at 2 am when you need a good home cookin served hot and fast.

Family owned. Servers greet on walking in and remembered ​what we had drank from the weekend before and brought​ to table. Food excellent with fluffy fluffy omelettes. Thanks.

They are very professional and family oriented. The food is excellent and hot. I'd suggest this restaurant over Big Boy's or any other.

This is a very cute place. Family owned and operated, the people are very friendly and the service is fast. I ate breakfast and it was so good. Very homey little place.
