They were here at the time they said they would be. They pumped out our septic tank and installed a new pump. We have used them for years at different properties we’ve owned. We would definitely recommend them for anyone

He pumped the tank a month ago and the lid broke (not his fault) but there are septic people here now replacing the lid saying there is old sludge and A LOT of sludge at the bottom. …no where near fully pumped out. Not a chance I'd ever have him out again and he's apparently known for this, I'm now learning.

Bad management. Called over 3 weeks ago. Called today. No ever put me on list. Have to wait another week. Unacceptable. Poor communication. Never use them!;😑
