I had a great experience at Kenny's. Chris explained what the issues were with my XC70, and what parts were needed and the cost of each, as well as the labor involved. My car was towed to Kenny's on Monday and was informed that they could not fix it until Wednesday of the next week. Chris assured me that if they have time, they would work on it in between jobs. Chris called on Friday and said my Volvo was ready. I was shocked! That's four days early. These are my go-to guys now for my Volvo repairs because of the honesty and the detail of their explanation of things. Way cheaper than the dealer. Friends for life!

Fantastic experience. I own a pre-owned dealership in Butchertown called Gr8CarsKY. Kenny Joens and his staff are my exclusive go-to for any Volvo. They provide a comprehensive mechanical and safety inspection, thorough evaluation and reconditioning recommendations. My most recent vehicle was a 2009 Volvo v50 wagon. Very fast turn around and also resulting in substantial savings verses going to the dealer. Knowledgeable, informative and professional. Great experience every time. Fantastic service!!! We were traveling from Florida to Michigan in a volvo xc90 and broke down in Franklin, KY. Had car towed to Kenny's. They went out of their way in many ways to help us and had us bk on the road the next day. PCV issue caused loud whining and ultimately ck engine light. I can not say enuf how pleased we are and I wish they were here in Michigan so I could take my volvo to them for service. They even informed us of an oil burning warranty for certain volvos that our dealer sd nothing about. If I could give 10 stars vs. 5 I definitely would. We did not go to the volvo dealer nearby because our research showed some unhappy customers and way overcharging for simple repairs.

Chris and the entire staff at Kenny Jones were exemplary and honest. We went to them with a 99 V70 to try to have it fixed. It was not to be. The things wrong with the car outweighed what we could spend to fix it. We had to leave it longer than we wanted and Kenny Jones staff was very understanding. We had never junked a title or had to deal with this. They contacted a company to help us. They charged us a reduced rate for the diagnostic. If we get another Volvo, and we probably will, we will take it to them for any service. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Kenny Jones. They are honest, reasonably priced, and perform quality work. I recently brought them a vehicle for service after having an oil change performed at a Volvo dealer. The dealer noted a couple of issues that needed attention, but KJ beat their "discounted" estimate by a mile and also found a critical issue the dealer should have noticed during their multipoint inspection that would have resulted in catastrophic loss of engine coolant if left unnoticed. If you have a Volvo that's out of warranty, you should be taking it to Kenny Jones.

it was fine . It was short lived because my engine was D.O.A. But they offered a fair price to swap a used engine but the car just wasn’t worth an engine swap.

They checked my sons car out, did exactly what I asked them to do, did a thorough inspection of the car and made suggestions on repairs and even the ones they thought could wait. With all the other people and cars coming in or being picked up, my car was serviced on time and it was completed in the time that they quoted me. If they find an issue that wasn’t expected, they always call and discuss your options before addressing the problem.

This place really does deserve its great reputation! I've used Kenny Jones for multiple services/repairs over the past couple years and they've always been quick, detailed, and honest with their work. This week I dropped my car off after-hours on a Tuesday evening with no call and they had my service as well as some parts replacements done by early Thursday afternoon.

In a world where a lot of repair shops are poorly managed and always trying to upsell, this place is a wonderful exception to the rule. Thanks Craig & team!
