I came across I deal on a web search for a Silverado and inquired about it. YG reached out immediately and gave me some info, I went for a test drive and customer service over there is awesome. I ended up leaving with a better deal than the one I was after. Ryan worked on financing for me for over an hour and a half. I showed up last minute on a Saturday and these guys went above and beyond to get me in a reliable truck I could afford. I’d recommend them to all!

YG and Carlos were great to work with! Although I had issues with my credit they went above and beyond to get me into something I was looking for with low mileage for a great price and the car runs great! Go check them out!

This was my first time buying a car and I was more than pleased when I stopped at I deal cars and met Robert Duval. He walked me through every step, and an answer for every question that I had and if he didn’t, he was able to find the answer. I recommend dealing with Robert Duval 10/10 every time, if you’re in the market for a car. Stop in at I deal cars on Preston highway near minors lane and ask for Robert!

Farthest from ANY used car salespeople I've ever dealt with!! The whole experience was great!! Everyone was friendly, not fake. It was kind of crazy when I was there because they had just moved into a new facility. I never, not once, ever felt like I was shark bait, which is, as you know if you're female, extremely unusual for a used car lot. They had lots of nice cars for sale. They didn't appear to be selling any junk! I had my eye on one particular vehicle and had spoke with a salesman, Tim, the day before I was there. I told him I would be coming the next day to look at it. When we arrived, it was sitting front and center just waiting for me! Tim was absolutely wonderful! I hated that I had to drive an hour and a half to get there, but he made it worth my drive! There were a couple of minor issues with the Escalade, but they are making those right, as we speak. I totally recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future! If you go, ask for Tim, he is definitely a diamond!
