Excellent job done on repairs. The staff is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Fair prices for great work. Parking is horrendous as the store front shares just a tiny drive lot with other businesses on Preston St but their service is worth the hassle for sure.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 8+. I called several places and they did not have it in stock and would have to order parts. Batteries Plus had the part and replaced it promptly. I spoke to three different employees, one on the phone, one when I dropped off the phone on my way to work and the other when I returned to pick it up. All three were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Overall, I was impressed!

Zach was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job in changing the screen on my grandson's I-Phone7. Hopefully, he won't see me again anytime soon, but I will highly recommend Zach to anyone that I hear about that needs the same type of service.

I made the appointment online, took my phone in and Logan called about an hour later to tell me it was ready. Logan was very helpful and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable. The whole process was super easy with no added bs. I would definitely recommend them for phone screen repairs.

Excellent service, store looked clean and well stocked. I went in to ask about retrieving info from a phone with a broken screen and they were able to fix the screen at such a reasonable price it only made sense. Im bad with names but I think the gentleman that helped me was Dustin.

FAST! Very quick repair. I thought my phone would be ready the next day but they fixed it in an hour. Customer service was great. Manager was really nice. Phone looks flawless now. Highly recommend this place.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I needed to get my iphone 7 screen fixed. I shopped around and found the price was about the same everywhere but batteries plus bulbs had a coupon plus a 6 month warranty!

I have been doing business with Batteries Plus for some time now. When I leatnel that they started to do phone repairs also I knew where I would take mine if the need arised. My Google Pixel's (original) battery started to loose charge rapidly so then rather replace the phone I chose to have the battery replaced instead. Well 1 hour and a half later the operation was a success. I like the fact that Batteries Plus will be there today, and tomorrow unlike some risky phone repair establishments around town.

Zachary did a great job. Told me it would be a few hours to fix my wife’s phone. He called us in 45mins and told me it was done. Fast service, great job bro.

Took my sons IPhone in to get screen and battery replaced. Was done in under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend. They are also cheaper than other competitors!

Had my screen replaced on my Galaxy S8. The repair was flawless and fast. The only downside is the price, but I probably would've broken my phone if I tried it myself.
