They are an outstanding Land Management company that takes care of their tenants. They promote a family atmosphere inside their office and you can tell they really are wonderful people.

My apartment was dirty when I moved in...

Horrendously unprofessional. Not only was I approved for a 2 bedroom apartment by one brother and denied the very next day by the other brother, it is very rare for anyone in the office to answer the phones or reply to emails. I rented with them for almost 4 years. They have no loyalty to long time tenants and community members. Sydney Eline is a literal Scrooge and Smiley Eline is quite obviously only qualified to work there because his daddy owned it. Shame.

Unethical and discriminatory practices, doesn’t follow the Fair Housing Act. I’ll be reporting this to the real estate commission. I do not recommend them for anything, buying, selling, or renting. Better to go somewhere else where you will be treated equally and fairly.

Was suppose to view a property on Ash Ct. in radcliff. My viewing was rescheduled 3 times then on the 3rd scheduling they had me wait 45 minutes and still had not showed up. Very unprofessional!
