I know LL flooring has some negative reviews lately due to supply chain issues (just like everyone else in the world) but honestly these guys are the best! I don’t usually review on Google but wanted to make an exception just because of how well everything went and their product quality. I am so happy with my Brazilian cherry floors! They are gorgeous, the installation went flawlessly, couldn’t be happier. Kaylee, the manager was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Kaylee at the Chesterfield store is fantastic. She walked us through the entire process, from picking out the right flooring, making sure we had what we needed for the original job and then helping us out when we changed our minds a little bit. LL flooring's selection was competitively price but the quality was superior when compared to other companies. The installation price was also fair when compared to other installation companies.

Zac (the salesperson) was so helpful! He was very patient as I struggled to make a decision on my new flooring. Communication was outstanding & there was never any pressure. He also kept me updated on special sales, rebates, available payment plans, etc. I highly recommend!!

We installed Bellawood birch hardwood with a matte finish. It looks amazing and the guys at LL were extremely helpful with installation and maintenance. I highly recommend.
