I went with my little sister to pick out her wedding dress at this location. We could not have been more pleased! Even though they didn't have the exact dress she originally wanted in stock, she was able to find one that was nearly identical to it. The lady helping actually listened to what my sister was looking for, did not pressure her in any way and assisted her with everything she could! The lovely bride to be left there feeling relaxed, extremely happy and with a gorgeous dress in hand!

I found my absolute dream dress here for under $1000. That doesn’t even make sense. This dress was STUNNING! By far the most perfect dress I tried on and my initial budges was several times what I paid for it. So thankful for this place allowing me to have the dress beyond my dreams.

Samantha was a big help, super nice and easy going! She listened to what I liked but also helped to push me out of my comfort zone just enough. I never felt pressured. She was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for each dress. This was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

Writing this comment while am waiting for my Tux in their store, it is the worst customer service and they messed up the measurements for the 8 of us for the second time. For the sake of god, I suggest you to not even try to come here!

I was disappointed today to learn that a breastfeeding mother was denied entrance to your store. I find your policy of no children in your store to include nursing infants to be intolerant, discrinatory and not in the spirit of the law for which the breastfeeding law was made. Some Infants nurse on demand and bridal appointments can take hours.Your intolerance will be shared among the mom groups here in Louisville and the lady that was denied access has already shared her frustrations with your policy and staff in a mutual mom group. No nursing mother wants to leave the store just to go nurse her infant....

Want to ruin your dream day? Go here. I and 14 other bridesmaids were witness to a fully unprofessional staff! Our friend arrived EARLY to an appointment and was not greeted, nor did they have any of her dresses pulled and ready. She was told to walk around find and pull her items. The staff was not knowledgeable and had terrible service.
For your special day go somewhere that will make you feel special and appreciated! Do NOT visit this space.
