I'm delighted that my primary dentist at Family Dental Associates referred me to Dr. Nancy Shackleton. The entire process was smooth, everyone in the office was highly professional, and I appreciated their ability to accommodate my request for late appointments. Additionally, the first day of getting my braces was a great experience; I loved how smooth the process of putting them on was.

Dr Shackleton and her staff are top tier professionals. They are kind and very helpful and always patient. I’ve had two daughters get braces here and now it’s my turn! I would never consider going anyplace else, ever!

Dr. Shackleton and staff are wonderful! Both of my daughters received their orthodontic care from Dr. Shackleton and their results are amazing. One of my daughters won the “best smile” award in her senior class. She uses the latest advancements in orthodontic care and their treatments were quick and affordable. You can’t go wrong here. Best decision ever!

I’ve been going to Dr. Shackleton for over a year now with my Invisalign treatment and it’s my pleasure to say Dr. Shackleton is the best !! She 100% will have you feeling more confident about your smile. They also have great customer service from the moment you walk through the door up until your last visit and even after. Might sound cliché but they really care! They make sure everything is right rather than rushing your process. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and understanding. Wish I could give 6 stars but I can’t so we’ll settle for 5 ;) !

Dr. Shackleton and her staff are phenomenal. I wore braces years ago but over the years my teeth had shifted due to being a tongue thruster. After discussing with Dr. Shakleton we decided Invisalign was a great option to correct my teeth. She explained all the steps perfectly and today my teeth look better than ever. I would highly recommend Dr. Shackleton!
