Academy for Individual Excellence (AIE)

This is THE BEST school in Louisville by far! My kiddo learns so much and gets excited to go to school. He's always learning and eager to go in the mornings. They truly help the children teach their individual potential and become truly good people and citizens as they grow. The school nurtures the kids but supports the whole family. Mr. Savage, the principal, always amazes anyone I have pick up my grandson because he stands in the pick up line and knows every kid's name and their parents and recognizes the car even. The school is priceless and quality of education is great. And best of all its super affordable.

This school changed the trajectory of my son's future. He has attended AIE for high school, I wish we started him there is his elementary years. It is the best decision we made for his education. I highly recommend it.

If I had to choose one word to describe this school it would be integrity. Mr Savage and his team are committed to their student's learning and developing themselves to be their best. My only dissapointment is that I didn't enroll my child several years earllier. I consider AIE a true blessing.

Excellent school! Their focus is on the growth of the individual. They want each child to reach their fullest potential not just pass the test. Each and every teacher and staff is there for the benefit of the students not a paycheck.

Mr. Savage is a great man with a great school. Today in carpool a mother’s car broke down and as the principal who does carpool and knows every students name and their parents, he pushed this woman’s car out of the way. Awesome man right there!

Mr. Savage and his staff are what every school needs to have. If the public schools just took one piece of what AIE is about, then they would be better then what they are. This school is what it truly means for No Kid Left Behind.

We have been involved with AIE for almost 20 years (full disclosure my wife has also worked there for over 15 years). Just like it says in the name, it's about each child achieving their INDIVIDUAL best. Kids are often used to being compared to their peers - at AIE they can strive in an environment where they are accepted for who they are. An acquaintance whose 2 children now attend AIE after years of home schooling, commented that it is the closest thing to having them home schooled without actually being home schooled due to the family-orientation.

I just started here my first year in high school and love the place already family friendly place they help with students in any way they can. The whole family works there almost and keep up the great work Mr. Savage

AIE is the best school in Louisville, hands down!

Christian values, family focused, no tolerance for bullying, it's what our educational system used to be.

I go to the school and as a student, it is the best school hands down ive ever been to.
