I am having a horrific time with Humana. I should not renewed with them this year. I am HIV and I do not experience them being HIV friendly. There is constantly issues with pre-authorization for drug and doctors. I am 73 year old. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD. I was an academic failure my entire life. I was prescribed to Atomoxetine which worked extremely well. Recently it has stopped working. I went back to earn my GED 18 months ago. I was doing well until my meds stopped working. My provider prescribed me to Adderall. I started getting reactions to it as the dose was increased. My provider switched me to Adderall XR extended release. So the medicine would be released more slowly into my system However Humana will not approve this medication. It is all about money with Humana. To save a few bucks I just won't get my GED. Thanks Humana. You are going to loose me. I should not have renewed with you.

Humana has awful customer service just when I thought I was already enrolled they sent me a letter to tell me they decline me even when bbn I had Medicare a and b and they claimed I didn't .sad thing is I fought tooth and nailed to be with humana enen when another agent tried to put me with another company.

Humana does not like to pay Military retirees, generates a lot of paperwork. Retirèes Please Use !other health plan
